• Bedroom 1: King bed and private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 4: King bed, with the “Good Vibes” sign.
• Bedroom 5: Two twin-over-full bunk beds plus two full-size Murphy beds.
• Game room: Two full-size Murphy beds. This additional sleeping area is shown as “Living room” in the booking platform`s bed list; the beds are in the game room, separate from the main living room.

The home has 2 full bathrooms and a poolside half bath. The game room is a shared recreation space that also provides sleeping accommodation, not a sixth bedroom.

EXPLORE THE AREA
Enjoy a leafy residential setting in Largo, a short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores for sandy beach days, shell hunting and Gulf sunsets. Nearby outings include George C. McGough Nature Park for turtles and wildlife exhibits, Florida Botanical Gardens for a garden stroll, and Walsingham Park for trails, a playground and lakeside picnics. Restaurants, groceries and everyday essentials are within driving distance.

GETTING AROUND
A car is recommended for beach trips, groceries and exploring the area. Driveway parking is available; no parking on the street or grass. Tampa International (TPA) and St. Pete–Clearwater International (PIE) serve the area. Allow extra travel time for traffic and beach parking.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy private use of the home, pool, pickleball court, game room, cabana, BBQ and laundry facilities. Self check-in details are provided before arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in: 4–11 PM. Check-out: 10 AM.
• No parties or indoor smoking. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM; please respect our residential neighbors.
• Enter your full guest count when booking. A fee of $25 per guest, per night applies after the first 10 guests.
• Driveway parking only; no street or grass parking.
• The pool is not enclosed by a separate safety fence. Children require close adult supervision.
• Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the front door, driveway, alley and street. No cameras are inside the home or overlooking the backyard.
• A noise monitor measures decibel levels, and an occupancy detection device alerts the host to excess occupancy.
