- Champagne Coast is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom coastal retreat in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, sleeping up to 10 guests just 0.4 miles from the sand. This brand new elevated home has plenty of space for groups up to 10 guests very comfortably and allows for everyone to gather together with the living area, kitchen and dining area all together. So close to the beach you can walk but you don't have to as the home is equipped with a six passenger golf-cart that can be driven to the beach and local shops.
MAIN LEVEL
-Enter up a outside staircase into an open living, kitchen, and dining space on the main level
-One guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private en-suite bath, One bedroom with King bed and en-suite
-Powder bathroom in the hallway for guests and visitors
-Direct access to a private balcony
-Fully equipped kitchen equipped with bosch appliances
UPPER LEVEL
-Three additional bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom
-Balcony access from the upper level as well
-Coastal-inspired décor throughout, All beds are king on the top level

-Private year around heated pool for soaking up the Florida sun
-Private dock with space for guests to tie up (no lift available) and launch kayaks or paddle board from the dock.
