REFINISHED PEBBLE TECH HEATED POOL WITH TAHOE BLUE FINISH. SPACIOUS FRONT AND BACK COVERED PORCHES THAT ARE SCREENED IN FOR YOUR COMFORT. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HOSTING YOU AND KNOW YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOME AND LOCATION! Per Pinellas County short-term rental standard. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. We are very strict with this standard and you’ll be asked to leave with no refund if there is excessive noise. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.😊
