This one bedroom studio style space in a prime location features a large soaking tub with a view of the water!

No need to drive to enjoy the peace of sand and sea, shore birds and sea life, AND restaurants, shops, live music, Art Walks, fishing, ballroom and swing dancing, farmer's market just steps away. Or jump in the car and be at St. Pete Beach in 10-12 mins. What a View!

The view from this property is so pretty and peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be so close to the shops and restaurants of downtown Gulfport.

Great property and amazing location!

We had a great stay here! The property was just as described, we had very clear communication with the owner and the location can’t be beat. Just a short walk to incredible restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Quiet, quaint little place to stay close to the beach. I stayed by myself and was able to walk to the beach, coffee and quickly Lyft/uber if needed elsewhere or to the airport! Very cute!

Amazing location on the gulf with your own little beach! Walkable to restaurants and shops. Right next to a park. Ideal for one or two people.

Hosts were amazing, quick to answer questions and always wanted to be sure we were comfortable. Location is amazing, walked to the Pier, fantastic food (we highly recommend Drunken Tacos). Quick drive to St. Pete’s. All around perfect place to rest your head.

Great location

Perfect location within walking distance to the Gulfport restaurants, shops and park. We were visiting family close by, so we only used the house to shower and sleep, which was acceptable for our needs. The courtyard needs some work as the grass and weeds were too high making access to the outdoor furniture difficult.

Fireworks Extravaganza

This property is exactly what we expected. We stayed here because the fireworks were being displayed right off the shoreline. The view was amazing and everything we wanted. The only thing I would want vacationers to know is that the property is not actually "beachfront" but rather "bay" front. It is on Bocca Ceiga Bay. If you're not concerned with that you should really enjoy your stay.

Quaint and rustic gem

We had a great time with our pup at this place! He was able to play in the water at the small beach behind the property a little bit when the tide was up. There is also a huge backyard! The stairs entering the unit are a bit steep so not a great stay for older dogs, but other than that, we loved the location! The shower/tub is unique but also could be a bit difficult for folks that don’t stretch and bend like they used to. Would stay again!

Clean and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. It was on the water, which my wife loved. Several times we walked to the park and once we walked out to eat locally. The property seems out of the way, down side streets, but we weren’t really that far from anything. The property was very clean and the property manager responded very well to all of our questions.

Gulfport getaway

We booked this as it was close to our home while it was being refurnished due to the hurricanes. The location is absolutely fantastic! We came with our pups and they had the BEST time the one afternoon me and my partner sat on the deck chairs and watched our pups run after one another in the water and through the trees on the beach. It really was magical waking up each morning and seeing the fog on the water and the beautiful sunsets on the evening. The dogs were so happy, they even had an outdoor shower with doggy shampoo to wash them down with afterwards! Very thoughtful. Our unit was beach themed and quaint complete with roku and internet and full kitchen etc. The house is next to the veterans park which we walked through each morning and the restaurants and cafes were so close everything is within walking distance. My partner just said it was like a little slice of paradise ! 100% recommend.

Location !!! Authentic charm!

Cool place on the water in Gulfport. Literally a 2 minute walk to all the fun stuff . Next door to the pier, but separated from the activity by a quiet veterans park. Nice to hang out by water and enjoy the peace and then walk over to a the brewery or cantina (and more) for a drink/bite. Historic feeling home with all the original charm - very comfy with everything you need. I would definitely come back. Gulfport is funky and fun!

Loved our stay here!

We loved staying at this property! My family rented both the 1-bedroom back apartment and the 2-bedroom front apartment for our mini Thanksgiving vacation and it was perfect for us. It is an older house with a lot of charm and fun decor. This backside apartment is a good sized space for a couple. The backyard is exactly as it looks in pictures- very large, fenced all the way down to the water (which was great for bringing our dogs), and cool metal art to check out. Also, very conveniently located! We never needed our car because you can walk to everything! I would definitely stay here again.
