Our 2 night stay was wonderful! It was a beautiful place! We enjoyed the waterfront pool, a beautiful sunset, a bike ride on the nearby trail and sitting on the balcony. The facilities washer and dryer, available to use, was an added benefit to keep up on laundry. May was very sweet and quick to respond to any question. Hope to be back to stay again!!

This location is close to everything!

This location is close to everything - walking distance to downtown Dunedin, walking trails, restaurants and the American Legion. The condo was small, but clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a restaurant on the premises. The pool was clean with plenty of seating and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return for a longer stay!

The property was as described and clean and comfortable the location is walking distance to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants, the resort had 2 pools and a small tiki bar on sight so a great place to hang out.

Everything you could possibly want or need!

Great location close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants! May made the check-in process seamless and made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in with us a couple times during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and plan to return again in the future.

Location was Great! Condo was exactly how it is listed. The unit was clean, beautiful view of the water from the side balcony and close to everything. The tiki bar ( Marker 8) was great and bartender was friendly! The sunset was beautiful!! May the host was great to work with! Can't wait to come to the area again.

We had a nice stay here, the place was clean and good location. May is a good host, coffee maker wasn't working and she bought one over the next day. My only disappointment was that this is advertised as a condo which makes me think it's got different rooms when actually it's a hotel room with a kitchenette. We had a very nice stay here and enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I experienced two deaths of immediate family members with a month of each other. So we came down to that area to get away abd spend some time with my husband ‘s two sons. First the apartment was clean and confortable. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Thank you for everything.

Small and affordable

The small, outdated condo was clean, but it showed its age. The walls were a dated beige and the space was very cramped. The furniture was worn and the bed was the biggest disappointment. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable. But despite its flaws, the condo was clean. The bathroom was very small and the kitchen was organized. It was clear that the owner had made an effort to keep the condo clean, even though it was not in the best condition. My husband and I did not stay and decided to find other accommodations. We contacted the owner for a refund and let them know that they could rent it out to someone else, unfortunately that is against VRBO policy. Overall, the condo was small and outdated, but it was clean. It would be a good fit for someone who was looking for a small, affordable place.

You can see the ocean from the balcony. I enjoyed how the balcony was tucked away so you still felt secluded. Very clean and perfect size for a couples getaway.
