Gulf Front Tropical Paradise - perfect set up right on the beach

Come watch the dolphins play at Sea Breeze, one of the most popular buildings on Madeira Beach. Vacation without a care in the world at our gorgeous, 1 bedroom, gulf-front condo. Time to relax. You have arrived in Paradise.

Directly on the Gulf, our home away from home has been completely remodelled. We have decorated with care, to make you feel at home. Our condo is a 7 day minimum rental. The kitchen is filled with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed and a t.v., dvd player and movies. There is a Murphy bed in the living room. This allows for the comfort of two big beds in two separate rooms. For all you sports fans... the living room has a 50'HD flat screen t.v., a dvd player and a library of movies. There is a 43 inch HD flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with DVD player. Free cable high speed internet is available for your use. Our condo has all the amenities of home and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and floaters are in the closet for your use.

There is a large, private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf, the pool and the powder white sand beach. Sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the dolphins as they swim by. This unit is located on the fourth floor, overlooking the beach, heated pool and hot tub. There are gas and charcoal grills, with a picnic area by the pool, for your use. Beach cabanas are available for rent.

Take a walk down the beach, a 1/4 mile to the famous John's Pass Village, where you will find an old fashioned boardwalk with shops and restaurants galore. Over the bridge and you are at Gators, one of the world's largest waterfront bars. Try para-sailing, jet skiing, rent a boat or take a cruise up the inter coastal waterways or just relax on the beach. But, most importantly - ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE BEACH !

Chose this area because we wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Clearwater Beach area. This condo was beautifully decorated, wish it had an in unit washer/dryer although there is one available not far from the front door. Enjoyed our morning breakfast each day on the balcony. The condo was very nice. Nice furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. The beach chairs, coolers and other beach items were very convenient and appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool and hot tub were still being repaired and not usable. The owner made us aware that they might not be completed by the time of our stay, but we were still hoping they would be.

Martin and Julie were so wonderful to work with and quick to respond. The condo was great for our family of 4. The unit is in the middle of the building, which was convenient. We thought that maybe it would be loud since we were by the elevators but we never heard anything and it was Spring Break after all. Lots of parking spots. They had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it they probably had it. The location was perfect! We were in walking distance to John’s Pass & restaurants. The Publix is a 5 min car ride and there is a 7/11 across the street. Kona Ice came by the pool every day. We can’t wait to return!

Our experience seems to improve with every visit.

We were so excited to start our vacation, the unit was fantastic, clean, fresh and well equipped, our mornings begin with breakfast on the balcony with gorgeous ocean views, then spending the day on the beautiful white sand beach then take a refreshing dip in the pool followed by relaxing and taking in a some sun. Our first trip down was good but this vacation was even better now that we’ve gotten to know the place a little better. This is also a wonderful place to make a lot of new friends.

Loved this condo at Seabreeze! High end kitchen cabinets, plenty of glasses & wine glasses. Plenty of cookware to make a meal. Comfy living room furniture. King size bed perfect. I had concerns of not having laundry facilities but the laundry area was very close & easy to use. Location was perfect on the beach! A quiet area with a huge beachfront! Easy walk to restaurants & John’s Pass. Views from balcony breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets.

The property owners were very understanding and assisted us with a late check-in when our flight was cancelled. We arrived a day later at midnight. The check-in was seamless. The unit was clean and comfortable. You will need to buy a few essentials if staying longer as there were just a few to get you started. No beach towels but there were chairs and an umbrella for use. Plenty of bath towels and kitchen/cooking essentials. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was beautiful and nicely decorated and clean. Parking was terrible for our Chevy truck and my husband scraped his truck on the stucco causing significant damage. Decided on different parking spot because of this. The elevator was super slow so we used the stairs a lot. This would not prevent us from staying again.

This was the best equipped property we have stayed in. It is a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again. There were 2 things that were not 5 star to us. 1, it needs a deep cleaning. When we went to plug in a phone behind the end table there was ALOT of dust, and there was hair in the shower. 2, the complex desperately needs 2 elevators. These 2 things would not keep me from staying in this unit but should definitely be addressed.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything is as described in the listing. The extras there made a big difference. They had a box fan, tent for the beach, chairs, etc. We had everything we needed. It’s nice to have things there to use that we couldn’t bring with us on a plane. Communication was great with the owner. The only two complaints we had was there were too many codes for everything: code for our unit, code for the elevator, code for the pool and bathrooms, and code for the beach access. The unit could also use a deep clean. There was dust on the walls and the shower was a little dirty. These few things would not keep us from staying here again. This is a great unit and a great area. We were close to everything but it didn’t seem touristy.
