The private balcony on the Gulf of Mexico provides you with front row seats to the most amazing water views and spectacular sunsets. The living room offers a sleeper sofa and comfy seating. If you can pull yourself away from watching the surf there is a 55" TV and DVD player for your entertainment pleasure in the living room too. The fully appointed kitchen will serve all your needs from creating a fun beach picnic to a gourmet meal. Dining with a water-view table from both the dining area and the balcony makes for memorable meals. The master bedroom has a King size bed with ceiling fan and mounted TV along with an Eastside private balcony. Watch beautiful sunrises and enjoy the morning calm. The bathroom just renovated in 2020, has a beautiful tile step-in shower and two doors, one to the hallway and one to the bedroom. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance to US and Canada. The property offers a beachside heated swimming pool with a nice size deck that has both covered and open lounging areas. Step off the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take a cool dip in the pool. Pool area bathrooms are easy to access as well.
