The room was very clean and quiet. My husband and I stayed on the 8th with an ocean view. It was beautiful and the location was perfect. Close to great dining, theater, museum and shopping all in walking distance. Close access to the beach. We loved it and the cafe in the lobby. Best banana bread latte yet.

The hotel has great amenities and location , however it constantly has guests who don’t know how to behave in public. They are loud and disrespectful . Having a restful night sleep is almost impossible.

This is my third time staying at The Galaxy Hotel. One with my family and two with my partner. The service its's excellent and the staff is wonderful, especially Randy the manager and the front desk attendance Paula and Fatima. The rooms are very comfort and the bed is verry good.

You have to park 2.5 blocks away. They did not warn me of that before I booked or arrived. Just an unpleasant experience. Water pressure was poor. They only supplied 1 washcloth but there were 2 of us. The bathroom door would not latch without being slammed. The A/C worked well. The location was good.
