Enjoy the expansive views from the screened-in balcony of this 8th-floor unit located in Indian Rocks Beach. This Gulf Front unit has a 2 week minimum with an application (no fee). This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has it all. A home away from home. The living area has comfy seating with tons of natural light as a corner unit with side windows in addition to the balcony. Relax after a day at the beach or sight-seeing with movie or maybe that great puzzle building on of the two dining tables. The fully appointed kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating for 4 in addition to a formal dining area. The master bedroom has both a window on the Gulf and a slider door to the balcony looking northward up the coastline. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of closet space and a birds-eye view of the Island. FREE secure Wi-Fi in this condo. The condo building features a beachside heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Walking distance to a number of local favorites, restaurants, shops, and even a nature park. This condo has a 3-week minimum rental and requires a registration form. Ask your reservation team about FREE weekday bicycle use.

Loved everything inside however when there the fire alarm went off 3x sending us down the stairs and once at 2 am. The hot tub was broke 20 days of our 28 day stay. Convenient location and wonderful views.
