Spend your days soaking up the sun on the sand, relaxing by the heated pool, or unwinding in the hot tub. Ground-level grills are available for guest use. IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party will be making the payment, you must add the payerā€™s email address to the booking, and the payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who pays is authorized to e-sign the rental agreement. Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animalsā€”only documented service animals. Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions, including flight cancellations. Booking date changes may not be possible. If a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee will apply per change. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged. Again, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during Floridaā€™s hurricane season (June 1ā€“November 30). Check-in is anytime after 4PM. We cannot guarantee that pools will be warm during colder months and will not provide discounts or refunds due to cold pool temperatures. Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. Closures of restaurants, shops, roads, amenities, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc., may occur and could last weeks or longer. Our owners will uphold the no-refund cancellation policy for any such inconveniences and will not make exceptions. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include ā€œCancel For Any Reasonā€ (CFAR) coverage. Please carefully review policy exclusions. If coverage is not offered, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available under these circumstances. We loved the interior and furnishings. Our favorite was sitting in the balcony having coffee my morning and watching the sunset in the evening. While there may be newer hotels or condos in the area, I donā€™t think any would be as convenient for pool and beach access. We loved the view and being able to hear the ocean! It was a needed relief from our WI winter. The unit fit our party of 5 nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and had updated appliances. The full size washer and dryer were a bonus. The dining and living areas were also really nice. There were a lot of beach items in the storage area, which we used and appreciated. The heated pool and hot tub were a great option when we were done on the beach. We definitely recommend this condo! ##### michelle a. Wonderful sunset viewing! Has the key amenities- the full size washer and dryer were wonderful to have. Beach wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, etc in a closet to use. Recommendation to include in the listing would be to include specifics of parking limitations of 7ā€™ esp. for vehicles with cargo carriers/roof racks. They do have guest parking outside, but not a lot. We were frustrated by the short notice (after we checked in) that the pool would be closed the next day( and unsure how long after that) due to renovations. So, we didnā€™t get to enjoy the pool enjoy tub.Also, we didnā€™t have enough full size bath towels. Overall, very clean and the view is amazing. ##### Kristy H. The beach was very nice. Would be great if actual lounging beach chairs were provided. The cost to rent chairs was too high. Owner did provide sand chairs but so badly rusted. The lamp in the MB did not work but property manager said they would take care of it. We improvised. Beach was nice but seaweed was all over. Liked the elevator - helped with luggage. Sand cart was excellent for taking chairs and toys to the Beach. Condo was well equipped with everything you might need and very tastefully done! ##### Phyllis S. Loved having a third bedroom. Even though small, it was perfect for one teenager who wanted personal space! Communication was good with the property manager. My only complaint/recommendation would be to be sure that the listing indicates the height restriction for the parking garage, which is 7 feet. We could not get our SUV in with a topper on it. Fortunately, we were able to work out some thing With an empty condo, but that wonā€™t always be possible. ##### Kelley K. The floors are white marble tile and I went to wipe up a little water that got on the floor and the paper towel (dampened) was clean. The baseboards, behind the couchā€¦all clean. I vacuumed and got nothing out of the throw rugs. I appreciate this the most as I can feel comfortable in a clean place. There were plenty of cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself which I appreciate as I did not have to guess what they want used to clean with and buy it. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen had everything you could need and was again, very clean. There are sand toys in the outside closet but we never opened it to get them (closet on deck). The view of the gulf is amazing and being able to have a beautiful view and be at the warm pool on a cooler day was awesome. Hot tub was great. We loved this place and we would like to stay there again. ##### lori e. Great location. The beach is steps away. White sands, and 7th floor gives you great view. Big patio with seating. Condo is up to date, nice kitchen, clean, everything we wanted. Washer/dryer. Beach toys, even a wagon to haul our stuff back and forth from the beach. Sunsets were amazing. If you know where to look, you can find sand dollars (but don't take the live ones). Dolphins swam by every morning. Pool was great. Hot tube was good, but not really needed in July. We had covered parking and used the visitor parking for a second car. Wish they had more visitor parking, but we never had a problem getting a spot. There are two buildings, and this condo was in the older of the two buildings -- so it has some character. We would would be returning renters. Oh, we also left an iPad. The cleaners found it, returned it to the property manager, who graciously offered to ship it back to us. So that was nice. The building itself is a bit dated (especially elevators) but landscaping and grounds are lovely. Pool was great. The balcony closet, filled with assorted beach stuff, was perfect. Beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome to have. Not tons of shops nearby but a few walkable places and groceries were close. Trips to John's Pass and Clearwater added some variety. Great seafood abounds and nothing better than coffee on the balcony in the morning and sunsets there at night. Relaxing and beautiful trip! ##### Megan M.
