Building and grounds are well kept and clean. Our condo unit, however, could use updating and deep cleaning. Baseboards in particular. Yuck. Bedrooms could use light blocking window treatments to keep out the walkway light. We regularly can smell cigarette smoke on the balcony. Even on the 9th floor.
