Great host and lovely location
Mikes home is both comfortable and clean. It has a beach decor appeal and is bijou but every space is utilised. The home is very well stocked and you probably just need to pack you clothes and toothbrush. Although our host even thought of that and supplies emergency toiletries in case you forget something. Everything you need and more is available.The A/C is very efficient and the addition of fans are very useful if you don’t need the the full A/c blast. Mike was in contact with us on a regular basis and was very helpful throughout our stay. The site is located, close to Palm harbour with its great food places and bars Publics is close by and the beach a very short distance. Easy access to all major roads close to Dunedin. We loved our stay saw lots of old friends, and would certainly recommend this vacation home to friends and family

A little oasis
A little oasis, it had everything we needed and more and it reminded us of our own family caravan we had back in the day.. Would not hesitate to come back again

Perfect Florida Stay
Our stay in Dunedin was perfect, thanks to all the thoughtful amenities Mike and Kathy had for us. The house was stocked with everything you could need for the beach from beach towels, to toys and umbrella. It was a quick drive to honeymoon island, which was the beach we came for. They also did a great job communicating with us and checking in during our stay!

Perfect Getaway
Everyrhing about this rental was perfect from the initial booking through checkout. The location was great, near everything we wanted to do, and the park was so quiet. The rental was spotless, well equipped, and nicely decorated in a beachy theme, and Mike & Kathy were the perfect hosts. We hope to stay here again when we vacation in the future.

Fun Little Adventure
What a delightful experience. We loved the proximitu of the RV to downtown Dunedin as well as to Honeymoon Island. The RV park was decked out with amenties, we used the pool each day we were there and the clubhouse with the billiards table was awesome. The "tindominium" itself was WELL equipped, stocked with all sorts of extras and provided with some awesome family memories. We are already planning our next adventure there.

The pool and clubhouse on the property is awesome, along with the two pickleball courts. The proximity to Honeymoon Island and downtown Dunedin are perfect, and the bike trail which access the above are located just outside the RV resort. One thing I did want to correct in our review for you, was the no star for Communication. An error on our part. Should have been 5 stars. Thanks again for staying in our 620 sq feet of paradise. Vacay with the grands
This is a very cute little home. The owners were very responsive and flexible with our check out. They had lots of supplies for our use and we had a great time. Our granddaughters loved Honeymoon Beach. We would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful property! Highly recommend!
My daughter had a day camp at Clearwater Aquarium and I chose this property due to the proximity to the Aquarium and a friend we have in Dunedin. We were thrilled with the property. It was comfortable, clean and safe. Mike checked in periodically and I always knew they were there in case we needed anything. We didn't -- everything was perfect! The only very minor thing to be prepared for is the smoke alarm is very sensitive. But worked that out with me cooking the bacon in the morning and my kid ready with a broom to move the air around the smoke alarm to make it stop. We laughed so hard and it turns out it is a great memory! Thank you Mike and Cathy! We hope to be back next year for another camp!

Lovely little place in perfect location!
Quiet and clean, this little gem was perfect for our stay to visit family in Clearwater. Location is great for seeing all the area has to offer. Main Street Dunedin is charming or go the other way and find good restaurants in Palm Harbor just down the road. So much to offer in close proximity and Caledesi Island is a must! Hosts were great, we did not want for anything — had all we needed for beach and home here.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect !!
Everything u could ever need, and then some, Mike and Kathy have provided !! This is the perfect little home. The park is amazing, the neighbors are so welcoming and helpful. The location couldn’t be better with beaches and shopping. I would highly recommend this place !! I plan on moving to this area, but if that falls through, this will be the 1st place I will look into to stay again !! I couldn’t be happier with my stay !! Thank you both so much !!

Tindominium stay!
My fiancé and I had an amazing experience staying at Mike and Kathy’s place. We were visiting family who lived in Clearwater/ Dunedin and this place was just a short drive away. The location is great, also a quick drive to Honeymoon beach as well as many other attractions in the area. Mike was very helpful when I asked for recommendations for shopping in the area as well! Not a bad thing I can say about our experience. We look forward to coming back in the future!

The absolute best!
Mike’s property is a jewel. It’s pristine, organized, and it is truly everything you need. Mike is a formidable host, keeping in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were set and asking what he could do to improve experience. My son has autism and we always prefer smaller communities such as Mike’s. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds are gorgeous. We felt very safe and welcomed. The gym and laundry were a few steps away. The pool a 2 minute walk. The campground is centrally located with drives to Honeymoon Island and downtown Dunedin a 10 minutes drive. Beautiful Clearwater beach a 20 minute drive. This place was perfect for our family. We even extended our stay and were bummed to have to check out. We have family in the area and have certainly found our “go to”accommodations for our regular visits. Thank you Mike and Kathy for sharing your home away from home with us! We had a great time at the rental. The check-in was very easy. We loved the simple drives to all the local towns. The rental had everything we could think of needing, and the vibrant color made it for us. We would definitely come back there for another visit.

Perfect Location and Nice Place to Relax
We had a lovely time at the tiny house. We are a family that travels a lot but tries to do it on a budget. This place was perfect for those that cook while traveling. They had all the items you need. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, kayaking to Caladesi Island, visiting the Sponge Docks, and even took in two amazing natural springs on the way home. Hosts are fabulous, area was perfect, and facilities were very nice.

Recommended stay
Very nice property. Clean and we'll maintained. close to the beaches and Tarpon Springs for a sunset dolphin cruise. Communication is great with property managers to make sure you are okay and that you're comfortable. Would recommend and would definitely come back again!

Awesome spot for your vacation!
We really enjoyed everything about our stay in this cozy tindominium! The bright colors and decor and cleanliness was very welcoming! The location was perfect for taking mini trips throughout the area! Loved riding our bikes along the Pinellas Trail! The RV resort vibe was very pleasant and friendly! Perfect Location
This home was perfect for my son and I. Just 8 minutes to the fishing charter and centrally located for downtown Dunedin. We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and nice the resort was. My "cabin" down south!
Here in Minnesota, we go "up north to the cabin." This cozy place was like my cabin down south. It was so well appointed, that you would have thought that family had just been there, and left it re-stocked and ready for your use! Well, I was lucky enough to have been staying there just after the owners, Mike and Kathy. They were gracious enough to offer some great groceries for me to use. I imagined myself on the television show "Chopped" where I created beautiful meals from the "basket" of goods offered to me. My nephew and his family joined me for a dinner that featured spinach and feta chicken sausage alfredo and tomato basil cheese tortellini. And a second night for a Mexican fiesta! It was fun meeting all the different dogs throughout the park who accompanied their very friendly owners. Everyone waves at one another and greets them with a nod or a smile. Yep, just like a cabin up north.

Just perfect!
This is the first time I have stayed in a mobile home…It was perfect for my needs! Had everything for a. short or extended stay! Centrally located to my visit…super cute! Literally Everything You Need!
Mike and Kathy have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests have a nice experience while staying at their place. The 'Tindominium' is well stocked and they have even labeled everything which eliminated the hassle of searching for items. The location was central to all of the places we visited (Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, St.Pete), so as long as you have a vehicle, you shouldn't have any problems! If we are ever in the area again, we will most definitely be booking here!

Mike and Kathy have truly “everything you’ll need, plus”! The rental is the perfect size for my daughter and I, but can easily accommodate a larger family! The host’s are very thoughtful, helpful, and provide the perfect place for an outstanding vacation! Christmas getaway
The place was quaint, perfect location to the Pinellas bike trail and a 3 mile ride to downtown Dunedin. Neighbors were friendly as was management. Mike was great in communicating to us...always available if we needed anything...which was rare since everything was marked exceptionally well. Would stay again if in area.

Just what we needed!
The property was perfect for what we needed. We felt right at home immediately. Friendly notes are around to let you know where to find things. We had everything we needed. Mother and daughter retreat
very cute and clean mobile. Very quiet and friendly place. The owners were very friendly and had everything we would need. We have all ready recommend the place to friends

Family Time
Came to visit my daughter. This property was a great location for my husband and I. Near my daughter and grandkids as well as beach, sponge docks and lots of good restaurants.
