We like to call it our "tindominium". This cozy space offers all of the touches to make you feel right at home! The one-bedroom park style RV, (permanently located) with heat/ac, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom is roomy enough to accommodate 4 adults with the additional two single beds in the Florida room and queen size bed in the bedroom. Fully furnished with all the amenities needed for our guest's comfort and convenience. The single beds are located at one end of the Florida room and can be separated by a curtain for added privacy. The AC/Heat are mini split units. One in the FL Sunroom and one in the living area. They provide both heat and A/C. This room was upgraded in the Winter of 2021, with glass windows, privacy film, blinds and floor. The Florida room is especially perfect for relaxing with a causal dinner or drinks with friends after a day of exploring. Please note there is parking available for one vehicle only.
