NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note there are exterior and 1 interior laundry room video security cameras on the grounds to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. Obstructing, moving, damaging or in any way altering these devices will result in the loss of security deposit and additional charges. PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible. PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines: \-Must remain under handler control at all times. \-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose) \-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability. \-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. \-Must be house broken. Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee. USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50\. The pool was a blessing in warm weather. Dunedin has so much to offer with plenty of lovely eateries and quaint shops. Really no complaints as cottage was all you need for a short visit to area. Bathroom very small & shower head bit messed up. Otherwise all very nice & clean! The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The host responded quickly to my emails and everything was clearly stated in all documentation.
