The perfect location, our duplex has a large back exterior stone patio, plenty of seating and sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and a private boat dock -- YES, you can park a boat (extra fee), FISH, and your PETS are more than welcome 🐕 our property is fully renovated and comes with free parking! It's LESS THAN A 9 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! The Space: \*\*\* Note, a digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. You must also provide a legal, non-expired photo ID and verification photo. Welcome to the Seashell Suite 🐚 (WE ARE PET FRIENDLY), 1 of 2 units at our WATERFRONT duplex. Our beautiful 2 bed, 1 bath apartment has been renovated with vinyl all throughout, sea-inspired decor, three FIREPLACES (electric), and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Guest Access: Guests have a private entrance to their unit and a separate private entrance to the shared backyard. The Neighborhood: This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 5-10 minutes for restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Getting Around: Many things are walking distance, though you can certainly bring a car if you'd like to explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach! If you're going to the beach parking is limited so we recommend uber or walking! Other Things to Note: 🐜 Pest Note: While we do treat regularly for pests, this is Florida and the occasional pest is common. We do not issue refunds for pests, but we’re always happy to address any problems! ⚠ Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
