Unparalleled beach and gulf views from your private 30-foot balcony. Updated granite chef's kitchen with stainless appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. Open spacious dining and living area open to the beachfront balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. 7-night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Location was perfect on beautiful beach and lots to do a John’s Pass. Very nicely appointed and equipped with everything you need inside and for the beach. We loved it and would rent it again.

Excellent place all around!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a great location as far as close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants and more! We only took the car out 3 times the whole week. Condo was very clean and even nicer in person. Porch is huge and perfect for watching sunsets or having your coffee in the morning. Providing all the beach items was a plus too and made things even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The views and sunsets are gorgeous! Spent a lot of time at the tiki bar across the street. Live entertainment every day and night. John’s Pass has so much to offer, and the other beaches are just a trolley away. Loved this location!

Truly a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view and breeze! We also enjoyed DJs Clam Shack. If you enjoy New England seafood, they have it! Recommend the jumbo lobster roll.

Always a good time

We have stayed at this condo several times. It is in a perfect location. The beach views are stunning. The condo is always in tip top shape. Since our last visit some appliances have been updated, new furtniture and finishes have been touched up. We can always count on this being a comfortable and reliable spot to stay. There are always nice beach chairs and some other beach gear as well as towels. The owners also put out some simple toiletries to get you started. Love this condo - its one of our favorites.

Great location & incredible sunsets!

We just returned home from a week at this wonderful unit! Very well stocked with everything that you need. Just across the street from John’s Pass where you can find all of the shops and restaurants that you need for a week. We didn’t have a car all week and never missed it! We’re already planning our next stay!

Amazing view

From the moment you walk into the condo the view is amazing. Sunsets are beautiful. We sat on the balcony every night to watch the sunset. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great location with John's Pass right across the street. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

We have stayed at this condo a few times over the years. It is always a wonderful experience. The Hosts are very responsive to any questions or needs. They have thought of touches in the condo that add convenience and class. Fantastic location, well kept and worth every penny for a great vacation getaway.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach!

The condo is beautiful and well kept up. The location is great, in that it is walking distance to John's Pass and right on the beach. We have stayed in a few other condos, in this same building, with a gulf view, but this one was by far the nicest one we have stayed. The condo has beach chairs, kids toys, and even beach towels! We love staying on this corner of the building because it has the best view, in my opinion, as you don't see a building right next door when you look out the side of the balcony. Owner is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We will be back for sure!!
