Recommendations are spot on for all type of those we are lucky enough to stay here. All the amenities, comfortable bed and large soft towels. Quite most of the time but no one can predict a new drain line in the road down the street. If you’re looking for a spot convenient to everything that’s comfortable, your search is over. ##### Jim R. The Barefoot Parrot house was a fabulous experience! Prime location to all the best spots in Dunedin! Every amenity I could think of, this property had in the home. All the gear we needed for a family beach outing ( nearby beaches) for adults as well as a toddler was on property. Location was such that we could easily walk to the marina, restaurants, evening spots, and shops. Quick response time when we had a question for property manager. This was our first experience with renting a vacation house, and it was perfect for us in every way. The kids loved it, but most importantly the wife loved it! Easy walk to everything — restaurants, marina, shopping, drinks. The house was good for our group of 5 adults. The smaller king bedroom is a pretty tight squeeze (but a comfortable bed) which made unpacking tricky, but still doable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and then some). Beach chairs.. stroller..high chair.. and more. Very well stocked! No need to run out to resupply paper towels and tp... plenty of towels so no need to wash towels during your vacation.Walking distance to shops..restaurants..parks.. outdoor market.
