Located in beautiful Pass-A-Grille on St Pete Beach. About 30 miles southwest of Tampa. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your vacation pleasure, studio apartment with queen-size bed. Enjoy incredible white-sand beach - perfect for beach walking and shelling or just working on a great tan, watching the pelicans diving into the water for food, and the dolphins playing (that is about as tough as it gets). Within a one-and-one-half block area we have several restaurants. Our balcony is a great place to kick back, relax, de-stress, and watch the water float by. So bring your beverage of choice and come join us for lounging, grilling, and watching the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. p.s. fishing is available 24/7 from the sea wall on Pass-A-Grille Way (1 block east of the Condo)and the Jetty on the Gulf of Mexico is 6 blocks south from the Condo. Also Merry Pier does provide deep sea fishing. Across from Merry Pier is the SeaHorse Restaurant who has the best grits this side of the Mississippi! Very small place with a Murphy pull down bed/ table. Husband was kind enough to pull it down so I could take afternoon rest periods. You will need to leave the apt to walk out on the balcony (maybe 30 feet) and watch the evening's sunset. Full kitchen and refrigerator. The only thing we missed was a pool, but the beach is right outside your door. We would definitely recommend this studio when you visit. The beach is just outside the studio door, 15 steps to the shared balcony and right across the parking lot when you want to go. There are restaurants, coffee shops, local owned beach shops, a beach grill cafe with occasional live music and much much more, all next door and within walking distance. The ferry to an amazing (affordable) experience at Shell Key Island is just at the end of the avenue. The host was excellent at communicating and was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for just my partner and I. Everything you need for a perfect vacation or stay. ##### Amanda P. Check-in was super easy! PROS: location, location, location. Beach access is simple and while the beach was busy on the weekend, weekdays we felt like the beach was ours! Next door is The Brass Monkey Bar and Grill and our meals there were excellent! Also next to the condos is Paradise Sweets, an ice cream/coffee shop. Their Key Lime ice cream is the best, you must try it! We are able to walk to The Wharf restaurant, and their food was also excellent. Freebee van rides are great, you only pay tips. But they only take you so far, but they are very friendly and helpful. By sure to download the Freebee app! Back to the condo, it is furnished with all you need. The beach chairs and umbrella were a life saver, we used them everyday. The shower had the best pressure I've ever experienced. It's almost assaulting (in an aggressive masseuse kind of way).CONS: There is currently not a proper grocery store in Pass-a-Grille. There was a Publix but it burnt down in May 2025 and there is litigation pending, so it may be a while before it's rebuilt. We had to take a Lyft to South Pasadena to do some grocery shopping. The condo has vertical blinds, which is in the same room as the Murphy bed/living room. That made me very uncomfortable as you can still see in through the closed blinds from the outside hallway. It would have been nice to get instructions for the tv. Very responsive, and made me feel at home the moment I arrived. The condo is a studio - one room with a queen size bed that folds down from the wall. When the bed is stored, there's a flip-down small dining table. This is a small place for one or two people, and contains everything you need to call it home. The location is amazing. The beach can be viewed on the shared balcony, and is mere steps away. Cross the sparsely traveled street, and there you are. The condo unit door has a combination lock, which I did not realize how convenient those are. With literally just a bathing suit on and nothing to carry, I walked barefoot to the silky sand and was in the water seconds later. Others staying at the same condo complex were all very friendly and the area extremely safe. Pass-a-grille is a low-key, quiet place. No high-rise buildings looming over the beach. No speeding cars, foul language, public drinking, loud music, or any of the other rabble rousing that is typical of many beach areas. The beach is uncrowded, the water warm with lots of fish to see, and the sunsets spectacular. While in the water three dolphins and two manatees swam to within a few feet of me. As they are protected species, I did not touch them but being so close was incredible. The result added up to be the most relaxing time of my life. I love Pass-a-grille, and loved staying in this condo. Rent from Gloria. You will be glad you did. I will be back! ##### Larry R.
