Peaceful and centrally-located home at the heart of old northeast - just steps from the Historic Vinoy and Beach Drive! Steps to NorthShore Pool and NorthShore beach as well as the pier!

Sit outside in the wonderful FL air on your private outside patio and enjoy this cozy private 2 bedroom house. Off-street parking for one car. Full kitchen with open access to living and dining areas. Area for office or studying as well. This home is just steps to Beach Drive and is situated in the Old Northeast-the best place to live in st Pete ! Close to all St Pete has to offer restaurants the beach shopping and museums all in walking distance! Walk along the winding Northshore Park trail and watch the dolphins play along the seawall. visit the world famous Saturday Morning Market and eat at fabulous restaurants just literally a few blocks from the studio. Enjoy an evening stroll to the pier and grab some fantastic Coconut shrimp from Doc Fords Rum Bar or jump over to Pier Teak for a Tiki style cocktail and sit under the tiki huts in the open air and laugh with the other patrons!

Your rental comes with 2 beach chairs, beach towels a dedicated off street parking spot. Just a few steps to Great shops, places to eat, drink, and enjoy. Wonderful museums like the Dali or even lovely wooded parks, there is no end to a great getaway with eating, drinking, shopping, or just enjoying the sun in the palm of your hand!
This home has a jack and Jill bathroom (including stand up shower) the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher fridge oven stove and microwave.

The property was so well appointed with a cute decor. Everything was clean and well stocked with necessities. Enjoyed our visit, highly recommend!

Loved the proximity of the property to everything: excellent shops and restaurants, the Pier and the Bay. Bicycling throughout the lovely area was delightful! Would highly recommend. Great accommodations with lovely backyard patio area.

This is the cutest little cottage tucked into a sweet neighborhood. It was chilly so no beach time but there is plenty to do in the area including riding bikes to see Christmas lights and visit a few local bars. We had a great little weekend getaway!
