*Second Bedroom- Queen bed, 50 inch TV
*Third Bedroom- Two twin over twin bunks

-Cameras monitoring north-east corner facing front yard and south-west facing back yard.
-Trash comes Tues and Fri, recycling comes Weds. We will have someone come by and put the cans to the curb
-Consider buying travel insurance, no refund will be given for natural disasters such as high tides, hurricanes, etc. These things are out of our control.
-Following your reservation, you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
-Pool is heated with pump, if weather outside is unseasonably cold (below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) pool wonโt reach desired temp. We donโt charge extra for pool heat, therefore no refund if the pool is cold, keep this in mind when booking.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
