Location Location Location
Great house and Location for the Pinellas Trail and downtown Dunedin. Only rap is small quantities of consumables (TP, trash bags and dishwasher pods) for the stay. Had we been the house maximum of 8, they would barely have lasted a day.

The house was fine. So close to town that we walked every day. Very close to Pinellas trail that we bike 3 times. Good coffee shops nearby.

Excellent Family getaway
This property was great for our family gathering. We used all three bedrooms plus the little bed under the tv. The common space was super accommodating for game nights and dinner. The location was excellent so close to bike path. All we’re able to walk to town too so it was practical for comings and goings. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we ended up eating out most nights anyway. I highly recommend this house.

Very nice property, close enough to walk downtown Dunedin but far enough to be quiet. Well kept and very easy check in/check out. Would definitely book again.

Great house in a great location!!
Very comfortable house. We had 4 adults staying in the house. The location is perfect!! Right off the Pinellas Trail and close to town. The only thing that I would say that was slightly disappointing is that there was no cable!! We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was easy to locate. Check in couldn't have been smoother. Property owner was accommodating. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Well updated appliances and modern decor. Overall very inviting! We were quite close to everything we wanted to do.

Nice home!
The overall review for this home is good. The owner was awesome! If there would have been anything to improve upon it would have been the living room patio doors. There are no curtains in this area of the home. We had a couple of kiddos that slept in this space and it made it a little uncomfortable knowing people could see in , even though there are some shading panels outside for the patio area. We also prefer seeing enclosures on all the mattresses due to multiple people staying. Some beds had enclosures while others were not. Overall we loved the home and the stay. Its a small space that is wide open creating a great feel and flow. Thank you!
