Great house and Location for the Pinellas Trail and downtown Dunedin. Only rap is small quantities of consumables (TP, trash bags and dishwasher pods) for the stay. Had we been the house maximum of 8, they would barely have lasted a day.

Excellent Family getaway
This property was great for our family gathering. We used all three bedrooms plus the little bed under the tv. The common space was super accommodating for game nights and dinner. The location was excellent so close to bike path. All we’re able to walk to town too so it was practical for comings and goings. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we ended up eating out most nights anyway. I highly recommend this house.

Great house in a great location!!
Very comfortable house. We had 4 adults staying in the house. The location is perfect!! Right off the Pinellas Trail and close to town. The only thing that I would say that was slightly disappointing is that there was no cable!! We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was easy to locate. Check in couldn't have been smoother. Property owner was accommodating. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Well updated appliances and modern decor. Overall very inviting! We were quite close to everything we wanted to do.
