Short drive to the beach.
Location is great for driving 10 minutes to the beach. There are several restaurants located in just a few minutes drive. The building is in a busy area and there is on going maintenance by the new management co.

Location, location, location
My family and I stayed here for two days. We had a good time. It's good little cheap apartment. Some work can be done but my family and I made it work. The host was very attentive, responding fast to every question. Food, groceries, and the beach all very closed to the apartment.

Be aware
The owners were easy to communicate with. The apartment it self was pretty good. One of the beds was super noisy. The alarm goes off if you leave the front door open for over 1 min, unless you disarm it. The only issues we had were with the building it self. The elevator always smelt like Marijuana. There was dog feces and urine in the stairway and even in the lobby by the elevator. Someone was moving in for 4 days and had large amounts of furniture in the main lobby and on the 4th floor. Someone left a rude/funny note on the furniture. The building is super close to a Firestation so we hear loud sirens.... a LOT! And at all hours. All in all it served for what we needed as we didn't spend a lot of time there besides at night to sleep. I would say this is one step up from a hotel. Nothing fancy.

An outstanding experience
Stayed at this location for two months. It was simply an outstanding experience. Sandy and John were impeccable hosts!! I cannot say enough about how well they treated us as guests. You can tell they wanted us to have a great time and are proud of their condo. Both were extremely helpful when we had questions. Responded promptly when something came up that we were weren't certain of. The rental was beautiful, clean, well maintained and complete with all we needed for our two month stay. I hope some day our paths will cross so that I can personally meet them, as they seem to be a truly genuine & caring people. It was also a pleasure meeting and talking to the other short term renters, permanent renters, and owners at the property. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed their stories. Also was pleased to have a diverse group people to talk with. If I had my druthers I would have stayed another month. I would return to this place should the opportunity present itself in the future. Thank you again Sandy & John,. You are special people.

Overall the stay was good.
Some changes at listing could be actual details of pool side and pics, and actual window view. Other than that it was worth it for peace and quite relax days.

This Condo met all our needs. We had a great time at the beach and when we got back to the condo we had everything we needed to get ready for another day of fun.

Very nice/responsive owner
The owner was very nice, responsive and a big help prior to check in. A few items for the owner to address for the next visitors....the large black swivel chair dropped 2 bolts that fastened the base to the chair when we sat in the chair...literally just dropped out. The base did not separate thankfully and we put the bolts back in.Unfortunately we had no tools with us so we could only finger-tighten. One of the wash cloths had an unsightly stain on it, so you might want to have the cleaning service review the cleanliness of them before placing in service. The bathroom door in the master bath had a loose door hinge in the upper of the 3 hinges, making the door difficult to close. The hinge just needs to be tightened. The coffee maker was a filthy inside..it had been cleaned outside but the inside was a bit of a mess. We cleaned as best we could to make it serviceable....Granted those makers are difficult to clean and it might be just as easy to buy a new one for the next guests. The dryer door appears to be off-center from the latching mechanism and, as it heated, it kept popping open prior to the dry cycle completing. It only dried for less than 5 minutes before it popped open. Generally, we encountered few neighbors and all were very pleasant. The only issue we had was that someone on the 4th floor seems to enjoy their "herbal cigarettes" and we had to endure the aroma 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. "live and let live" as we say but it was not the ambience we were seeking
