Our Clearwater Vacation 2BD Beach Rental. Our newly remodelled condo that is centrally located to all attractions about 7 min away from Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach and all popular restaurants perfect for families and small groups of friends that want an affordable stay in florida. We hope that your stay is as pleasurable as possible.

The space
The condo has 2 bedrooms with the 1st bedroom is the master bedroom along with an on suite bathroom Queen Size Bed (2 ppl) with a pullout bed for another (2ppl). The 2nd bedroom has a two single beds (2 ppl) in the hallway you have a full bathroom as well as a spacious living room. In the living room it has 1 sofas pullout that turns into a bed which fits another (2 ppl) with extra blankets and pillows. . The condo includes 55” TV. You can enjoy watching TV in the master bedroom as well. WIFI is included throughout the condo. You have full cable to enjoy as well as Netflix etc. You may also bring your APPLE TV or lap top to connect.
We provide the kitchen appliances and accessories to make it easier for guests to cook and enjoy staying in.
The breakfast table and dining experience is located directly in the on the island of the kitchen that fits another 4 people with a granite top.

Short drive to the beach.
Location is great for driving 10 minutes to the beach. There are several restaurants located in just a few minutes drive. The building is in a busy area and there is on going maintenance by the new management co.

Location, location, location
My family and I stayed here for two days. We had a good time. It's good little cheap apartment. Some work can be done but my family and I made it work. The host was very attentive, responding fast to every question. Food, groceries, and the beach all very closed to the apartment.
