We stayed in the condo for 2 weeks. The view was absolutely beautiful! Walked to many restaurants within a mile. Some very close. Would definitely stay again.

The property is pretty well maintained. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. Condo was clean and organized. They had everything we needed for the beach including multiple floatation devices, beach chairs and beach towels. They had some nice puzzles that we enjoyed during our stay as well. Location is well secured and other than a little construction noise from neighboring buildings,it is quiet and serene.

Gorgeous view

Condo was clean it was what we expected the Lobby still under remodel. Communication with Sam was excellent he provided beach chairs and Umbrella he have beach toys for smaller kids. We enjoyed our stay the beach is so pretty

Best Vacation Ever!!

Stayed at the property with my Husband and 2 Children. Location was AMAZING!! Right on the beach and complex was not too busy. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean, well stocked and had the most organized kitchen! They even provided chairs, games and beach stuff. The elevator was efficient with minimal waiting but was very loud. Communication was simple. The pool was warm and had nice bathrooms. The balcony was amazing with easy access to the beautiful beach! My only complaint is the check out procedure had us sweeping and doing laundry. We were very thorough, so we did 2 loads, cleaned and put away the dishes and swept. My opinion though, this is the hosts responsibility and not something they should require for checkout, especially since the cleaning fees were added in with payment for the rental.

Great experience

We had a wonderful time at The Trillium. The condo was stocked with everything our family needed for the beach and for our stay! Love that there was an outdoor bathroom by the pool too. There was an issue with the AC but it was quickly remedied by Sam and made right. We appreciated his quick response and quick action. Wonderful views and very specious. We will definitely be back!! :)

The location was very good. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The view and the beach are amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning. The pool was small but nice. It was very nice to have restrooms at the pool so you could come from the beach and not have to go all the way upstairs. The building is still being put back together after the last hurricane. The elevator went out of service once. The condo had most everything you need including beach toys, chair's, umbrella, cooler and more. The bathrooms and kitchen have had some updates. The bed was way too hard for me and that is probably the only reason I would not choose this condo again.

Great Location

Had everything we needed. Plenty of beach supplies. Well stocked kitchen, except maybe some measuring cups/spoons would of been helpful. Used the toaster oven a lot! Great views and AC worked well. Everything went smoothly.

Clean, well stocked condo steps from the beach.

Our stay in this condo was fabulous. We loved the ocean views from all the rooms and were steps from the beach. The condo was the most well stocked one we’ve rented and was very clean. There were plenty towels & pillows. Also well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys (including Google splashers). The owner responded very quickly to any questions and even replaced some things that were broken. We will definitely return to this place in the future!!

Perfect Gulf View!

This property fulfilled our expectations. The water was about 150 ft from our building. The balcony was a perfect place to watch the sunsets and listen to the water. We wanted a kickback, relaxing condo to "just be." This condo was perfect for dolphin watching, beach walking, sunsets, and enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

Plenty of space. Kitchen we wish we had at home. Interior doors in need of repair. Shower needs grab rails. Couch uncomfortable but most sleepers are. Beach clean and close. Pool warm.All in all a good time. Would rent again.

Listen to the waves!

We so enjoyed our one week stay. The view and the proximity to the Gulf was spectacular. My favorite part was hearing the waves from every room in the condo. Also, the view was the best- views from both bedrooms and the main living area. The balcony offered more peaceful views. The condo itself was large and comfortable. We found everything we needed supplied for a comfortable stay. The owner of the property was so responsive and sent complete information about checking in and checking out. Madeira Beach has great restaurants and shopping. John’s Pass is a very fun place to shop and eat delicious ice cream!

Trillium

We have visited Madeira beach numerous times and try different condos each visit. The 2nd bedroom having a gulf view was a great bonus, although it is merely a railing, not a deck one can sit it in. We have never had a visit where we felt the condo was extremely clean. They all need new cleaning services in our opinion. This place is great for its location and price. We would stay again but are still searching for the perfect place for us.

Very well-equipped

We have stayed at numerous Gulf Coast condos over the past 20 years. This one was one of the most well-equipped condos we've experienced. The condo layout was different and quite roomy. All the baths and appliances were up-to-date. The kitchen was large with lots of cabinet space, and was very well-equipped with everything you might need. Beach chairs & floats were provided, as were beach towels, towels, linens, etc. I would suggest the owners add a pair of scissors and a knife sharpener to the condo. Everything else we needed for the week was supplied. Just bring your clothes and toiletries!

Perfect home away from home

This condo was perfect! It was clean and in a great location (walking distance to St. John's Pass, shops, and restaurants! When we arrived, the front lobby was not there, due to the hurricane, but the directions given in the email were written to a T and within minutes, we were in our home for the week. Everything that you could possibly need was awaiting us (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc). All we had to grab was food and drinks of choice. The condo was very clean. I usually shower with my flip flops on, but I didn't hesitate to jump in this one without them. The pool was also very clean and warm....perfect!Honestly, I can't think of one con. We will certainly stay here in 3B again when visiting Madiera Beach! It was only my husband and I staying, but there was definitely room for more. There was another room with two single beds and a couple of couches, as well. By the way, you can't beat the view of the gulf and enjoying your coffee in the morning while seated on the balcony.

Absolutely beautiful unit

We had a fantastic trip. The until was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The listing states your own private beach chairs so we assumed it meant the ones that are set up for you since we have stayed in several other VRBOs that did include those. The guys putting them out told us that our unit did not include them. There was a closet in the condo that did have plenty of chairs and beach toys stocked in it. We just had to carry them up and down every day. Otherwise everything was perfect and we would rent this unit again.

A trillium view and location

Impressive views and location. Well equipped kitchen and nice living room. There were two interruptions - one for an annual A/C maintenance call and the other for an exterminator service. For this one, a man with many keys in his hand knocked at the door and said the exterminator woman would be there in one minute. This never happened. Later the man said she would be back the following day. Don't know if she ever did. It was too bad, on the last day we had visitors crawling on the floor. Also, the shower in one of the bathrooms, although functional, needs attention.

Gorgeous view property

Great location! Right on the beach. Beach is very clean and safe. Pool was warm, a bit warmer than expected. Restaurants close by. Sweet brewnette is a great coffee and brunch spot less than one block away. Unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. A bonus was that both bedrooms were ocean front. Both bathrooms have been renovated so are very nice. Some parts of the unit are showing their age snd need some attention but did not affect our stay or comfort. An unexpected pleasant surprise was that Sam was monitoring the temperature and was able to remotely adjust the thermostat for heat for us. Very considerate. Would have liked some pods of coffee for when we arrived. Many places we have stayed in have a few welcoming items which would have been nice…also would grace appreciated more than one roll of toilet paper. There were no bbq’s on the property… so I’m not sure if that is typical or not for this area? I didn’t see many places that seem to have them . Parking was convenient. Instructions to access the property were clear. Communication was prompt.

One of the best condos we have ever stayed in. The view of the ocean each day is worth every penny. A beautiful condo that is always clean, and ready to move in for the week. We plan on being back again next year!

Gorgeous views of the gulf - loved that all rooms had that oceanfront view and balconies! Conveniently located so that we were able to walk to several restaurants. The condo is spacious, updated, and was well stocked with all that we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear (floats, chairs, umbrellas, etc) and even some puzzles and games. Nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Will be back when we return to the area!
