NO BUSY STREET TO CROSS TO THE BEACH AND NO CRAMPED QUARTERS- OPEN FLOOR PLAN APPROX 1100 SQ FT IN UNIT! PLEASE COMPARE LIVING AREA VS OTHERS IN AREA WHEN SELECTING YOUR CONDO! This unit has been updated and renovated including NEW KITCHEN CABINETS AND GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, both bathrooms recently updated , new wood flooring throughout enhanced comfortable bedding, NEW LIVING ROOM Tropical furniture, flat screen TV in each bedroom and living room, DVD players, and coastal vibe throughout. Spend the day on the beach with family and friends (umbrella, chairs, beach towels etc. furnished less you have to bring) or take a short walk (approximately three blocks) down the beach along the glistening Gulf of Mexico to John's Pass Village, named after John Levique, a pirate who made the first passage through the newly created pass by a hurricane on Sept 1848, with an old fashioned boardwalk, shops, restaurants, charter fishing, dolphin/shelling boats, parasailing, jet-skiing, and many seafood restaurants.. and view many beautiful sunsets and watching passing dolphins. Leave your car parked and navigate the beach area via Suncoast Trolley,Free Beach Rides or freeBee rides app.
Unlike other complexes along the beach where you are on your own, we have lovely resident managers who will assist you, upon arrival, as well as direct you to Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Legoland, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, art and history museums such as Salvador Dali Museum, Devil Rays Home Field-Tropicana Field, Historic Ybor City(Arturo Fuente and other fine cigars), Tampa's Channelside District and much more. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach. A nice clean beach and swimming pool for options. I felt the condo was even nicer than the pictures. We had a great time a plan to go back.

Enjoyed Paradise!

Janet was a great host. And the raaident managers helpdil. The only issues were that the pool wasnt yet fixed (given the devastating hurricane they faced recently, its understandable but disappointing), and the elevator broke down for half the time we were there.Otherwise, we had SO much fun - the beach is RIGHT there. The condo is spacious and has everytbing we need. They offer a Graco Pack and Play for babies but it's not the best... so we ended up renting a crib from a Mom n Pop and our baby slept very well!I would definitely recommend this host and place. Thanks!Otherwis

Great unit on the water

The pool was not up and running because of the pervious years unfortunate events but everything else was great. The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do. The owner and management team were on top of every question and even compensated us back for the pool not being ready. Absolutely would use them again. Thank you guys

This place was AMAZING!!!! From the communication with Janet to John and Mary everything was phenomenal. It was so spacious no one was on top of each other. We Will definitely be coming back down to stay and using Janet’s property.

Our stay was perfect, the condo was just right for some family time on the beach. Wake up and head to the water - what could beat that? The beach was clean and was not over populated. The water was calm most of the time, even after a storm came through.

We loved this property! Stocked well with anything you would need, plenty of towels, and beach toys. Outdoor games as well, shuffleboard and cornhole. The whole experience was perfect. We loved it so much we’re already planning for next year!

This condo was spectacular!!!! The location was perfect and the cleanliness of our condo and the entire complex was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and Karen the owner had absolutely everyone we needed. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing means easy. We will definitely be returning.

The best vacation ever

We stayed here for 1/2 of our honeymoon and we wished we just stayed here for the whole thing!! So much more beautiful in person than in pictures. Everything was spotless, easy to find, felt secure, and had everything we needed and then some! Tons of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and there is someone on site to help you whenever we needed. The beach was amazing also and so so so close to the condo. Pool was nice too! We will 100% be using this VRBO over and over if they will have us!

Oasis!!

We stayed at this property for six days and the owner and property manager could not have been nicer! Very quick with responses and even though there wasn’t originally a blender in there she went out and bought one for us to use! Great customer service. Loved the space. Highly recommend. Janet and Mary were so easy to work with!!
