The complex of Beach Palms has plenty of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including a relaxing heated pool, outdoor dining tables that face the beach, BBQ grills, restrooms, and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Kitchen: The modern, fully equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops and modern appliances. Amenities include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and handheld mixer. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. Dining Area: The adjacent dining area is stylishly appointed with seating for 6\. Living Room: Lounge with the whole family with comfortable seating including a sofa, loveseat, and 2 sitting chairs! Has a TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony with plenty of seating and outstanding Gulf views! Bedroom #1: The master suite presents a coastal oasis with a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, ceiling fan, nightstands with USB ports, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony entrance. Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a granite dual vanity, bidet, and elegantly tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom #2: This charming bedroom hosts a variety of sleeping options with a Queen bed and bonus bunk beds, a TV, a ceiling fan, and a nightstand with a USB port. This bedroom also has an adjoining door to the guest bathroom. Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub combo and a bidet. Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Barbecues are fully operational. Please note they are timer based in 20, 40, & 60 minute intervals. Longer cooking times will require you to reset the timer. \*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking. \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. 5\. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve. \-- Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away. The beds were amazing, the property was clean and we had a wonderful girls' trip! The view from the balcony is amazing! So much to take in!! We ran out of face cloths, toilet paper, paper towels and there was no dishcloth to wash our dishes and wipe up around the coffee pot. Silly stuff but if you don't know, you don't know. We stayed in late October when crowds are at a minimum and the beach was easy access. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. There were six beach towels for our use. We did not use the pool but it is a nice option. We had one minor problem with the sliding glass door that was resolved immediately. We enjoyed Frenchies restaurant on Clearwater Beach which was a great place to catch quick food, we rented jet ski’s from Woody’s sports at John’s Bay Pass, and you can’t get better pizza than at Delosa’s. ##### tERRI c. Very uncomfortable mattresses to sleep. Creaky bunk bed which is very uncomfortable to get into. Bed linen with holes. I met a huge cockroach inside the bathtub. No dish dryer and 1 kitchen towel for the entire stay. The table and chairs are old, the carpet is such that it is better to walk in slippers. All furniture needs to be updated . Since we had driven from our home state in Texas, we were somewhat space limited so we could only bring so much with us. However, we were very pleased that this particular rental included folding chairs, an ice chest, children’s beach toys for play in the sane, a bicycle, and several other items (all in a convenient separate storage closet 1 floor below this condo’s). This condo’s beach area also included the option of (for a slight daily fee) a 3rd party rental umbrella and cushioned mat on an elevated wooden structure (like a wooden chaise lounge). The condo itself was also very well equipped with all the necessary dishes, starter supply of trash bags, linens, and other similar items (we really appreciated the supply of multiple large beach towels for our use!!) that a typical family might need. This condo was also in reasonably close proximity to several excellent restaurant options, including some that would deliver (pizza and Chinese food). Furthermore, were able to easily access the “mainland” (via a nearby bridge) and locate a WalMart, McDonald’s, Starbucks, etc., relatively quickly (it seems like families are always in need of one little thing or another). It was the cleanest place I remember staying in, the bed was comfortable, the view incredible. The condo was well stocked and the safety precautions made me feel very safe staying there. The security guard parked in that spot one day and I don't think he even had a decal on his vehicle.The A/C filter was EXTREMELY dirty.The refrigerator took 1 1/2 days to get cold enough to keep drinks cold even with it on the coldest setting and fairly full. The guest bed had dirty sheets - my daughter found 7 hairs on the sheets and felt she needed to wash them before sleeping in that bed.There was no laundry soap (fortunately I brought a little bc I can't use scented detergent.)There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days/3 nights. We rented a beach wheelchair for my husband but had extremely difficulty getting it onto the beach due to the small size of the gates to the pool deck and beach ##### C W. The home is beautifully appointed. It looks like Coastal Living came in and set up shop. The kitchen was stocked with more items than expected and everything was stored neatly in its place. We loved the Adirondack Chairs on the balcony. The bar height allows for a perfect view of the ocean. The bedrooms and baths were set up for maximum privacy to accommodate different sleeping schedules. The lock boxes in the garage were poorly marked, hard to maneuver and overcrowded which made check in a little difficult. The pool was not heated.
