At 660 square feet, with tropical decor, this upgraded home starts in the living room which has very nice leather furniture and television. From here, step out into the private balcony which offers wonderful ocean views. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing beautiful Florida sunsets. Free Wifi The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! It was clean but a few things need to be kept up. The hotel type cards are gross. I didn’t want to take the elevator. Not a problem I took the steps. A couple of the lights were burned out... especially in the bathroom where the lighting is poor anyway. The towel racks in the bathroom are loose from the wall... I was afraid to hang anything on them. Hand soap at both sinks would be nice. All in all it was a good experience. ##### Paul S. Location was important since we didn’t have a car and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere or took the trolley which had a stop right outside.
