Great location!

The unit was great and right on the ocean. We could walk to restaurants and other locations. We rented bikes and used them along the path right in front of our unit. The property provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Sunsets were unbelievable. The only thing that was an issue was the construction going on next door, continuous banging.

This Property is a great location very close to beach. We came the day before the red tide came in so were unable to enjoy the beach. the unit was nice , a little dated and bed in 205 was very uncomfortable. Again the location was great. the pool was nice also.

We really enjoyed staying in #205! It was clean and convenient to the beach and restaurants. The layout of the unit was great too! Checking in / out was very easy and Anita was responsive to any questions we emailed. Would definitely rent this unit again if vacationing in St. Pete!

Good location and a nice beach. Boardwalk was a nice bonus. We bought a ton of groceries and the room had all the amenities we needed for meals.

Location was excellent. Close to beach and restaurants. Bed was ok, not great. Sofa was astonishingly uncomfortable to sit on as it it was a sleeper.

Perfect size and location for my wife and I.

The hotel/condo was in very good shape given its age. The grounds were well taken care of and kept clean. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was excellent as you can walk the beach to numerous watering holes and eating establishments. The only thing I would change about the room is the bed.
