GUEST ACCESS



The whole cottage is yours. The entrance is reached by stairs, so the cottage is not suitable for guests who need step-free access.



One parking pass is provided for resident-only street parking. You do not really need a car in Pass-a-Grille: the free beach ride (Freebee) runs a shuttle from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. Just tip the driver.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD



Pass-a-Grille is the southern tip of St. Pete Beach: a quaint downtown and brightly colored cottages that call to mind an artists' colony. This is truly old Florida. There are no surf shops, no houses on the beach, and no loud bars. Paradise Sweets is the quaint local ice cream shop. A quiet beach community, well suited to a couple who wants to relax and get away from it all.



Getting around: bikes, trolleys, the beach taxi, and the free Freebee shuttle.



OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE



- Sleeps 2. No more than 2 people may sleep in the cottage without permission.

- No subletting. Subletting means immediate eviction.

- Parking pass: one pass is provided for resident-only street parking. Leave it in the cottage when you depart. There is a $500 fine for a pass that is not left behind, because we receive only one pass a year.

- On departure: empty the trash, clean out the refrigerator, do the dishes, and leave all dirty laundry in a pile in the bedroom.

- Stairs lead to the entrance. The cottage is not wheelchair accessible.

- The host lives 30 minutes away, is available most of the time, and responds quickly to questions or concerns. Check-in information is emailed one week before arrival.

- Safety: smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit.
