It is quiet but still conveniently located. Sunset from the generously sized balcony was stunning. Our family was unable to locate beach towels but that have been a one time oversight. The unit was equipped with everything else we needed-full kitchen etc. Primary bedroom was without issue, large bed and spacious room. Walk through sleeping area was equipped with a Murphy bed and a single with a pullout underneath. My 14 year old son wasn't comfortable on the pull out or the Murphy bed so our 16 year old opted for the single (which was lovely) and the 14 year old found the couch quite comfy. The Murphy and pull out may have been a perfect option for smaller children. The pool and beach chairs were awesome and I cannot say enough good hings about the location. Bathroom is a bit cramped but it works. Advertised with additional bedroom, which has a Murphy bed and a day bed however it is a 'walk thru' from the only door to the common access area. Cable boxes were complicated in the living room and master bedroom. We never did get the tv to work in the Master. However, this was probably the least of our problems. We got there and were surprised that it was very hot in the unit. There is a note on the wall to keep the AC turned to 79 upon leaving. It was 83 in the unit. After turning the unit on and running it for several hours there was no change. So, we called the service and could only leave a message- apparently the management doesnt support live staffing after 5 pm on the weekend and check in is at 4\. Odd. Several hours later we received a text from a technician who informed us that he had been drinking and would be out in the morning to look at the unit. The unit was down for a total of three nights and the temperature inside was 83 degrees. Next issue was the locks on the door, Digital keypad failed and when the tech came to replace the batteries the door would not lock. After leaving additional messages someone came out and adjusted the box but we spend a day and a night without a lock on the door. Pass a grille is safe but this is uneasy. I have been going to Pass a grille for decades. I will not stay at a Tech Travel property again. They did offer us a free 'activity' to make up for our troubles. We declined- I would have rather had working AC and a door that locked. There are plenty of other options in the area. They should have offered us a refund or some partial (half) refund but they barely spoke to us. After the initial issue with the AC the comtact (Brandon) was no where to be found and never called us directly. Go elsewhere, but stay in Pass a Grille. ##### Bob W. Reviewer Comments: This is was our second time staying here, and it was just as perfect as the first time! Tech travel makes it so easy to check in and out and register the car for parking. The proximity to the beach and restaurants plus the pool downstairs makes it perfect for us with young kids. Even better, the balcony with the gulf view is amazing for sunsets and continuing to enjoy the beach even after the kids go to bed. Our water somehow got turned off the first morning of our stay, but tech travel was super responsive and all over it, and it was back on within 15 minutes of contacting them. The second bedroom is a walk thru to get outside. Single bed and a Murphey bed that pulls down from the wall neither one very comfortable for adults. when the murphy bed is pulled out be careful, so you don't trip on end of murphy bed not a lot of room. no dressers in that room just cubbies to store clothes. The view and location could not be better. The porch is the perfect place to sit outside. Part of the porch has a overhang so out of the direct sun and the rest of the porch has no overhang so lots of sun. High table with 4 chairs and 2 full lawn chairs on sun side 2 seat couch and table on the shaded side. very nice. The management was wonderful microwave handle was broken and they came and replaced it with in an hour. The toilet kept running and the man was there right away to fix it. Management very nice and friendly. The pool is nice and walk across street and start collecting shells. If your looking for a place with an Ocean view it will be perfect. I spent all my time on porch when not out looking for shells. I would like to get information on Apt 6 couple staying there said it was a 1 bed room. Very much enjoyed my stay very quiet and relaxing. ##### Susan S.
