The description on VRBO says it all. It’s well kept, very clean, stocked with everything you need & the view is fantastic. The host was attentive & helpful. My wife & I look forward to booking again next year.

Great view

This place has a wonderful view with the beach right below the balcony. I am a clean freak and rate this a 7 out of 10 just because the cabinet doors and touch surfaces could have been cleaner. It was amazing to have such a stock of towels, linens, toilet tissue, and such. The host was responsive and helpful. Great place for a couple to unwind!

Listing says Indian Rocks Beach but actually in Indian Shores

The condo has a great proximity to the beach. There are tons of towels and beach items available. The balcony is nice and cozy. The unit could have used a deep clean just because it had been closed up for a bit and smelled musty upon arrival. We had to air out for about 10 minutes and I sprayed some air freshener I had brought and itand it was fine after that. There are a decent amount of cooking things crockpot included. The furniture is very dated and uncomfortable. In the living area. The bed was ok it needs a new topper as we kept migrating to the center where it had been worn. The neighbors upstairs were not quiet and often times could be heard over the TV or music. I know that is completely out of owners control just wanted to make sure to note. The condo was stocked with everything in a base type pantry with cooking oils seasonings and flour. It was overall a good experience the access to beach was easy to find the laundry is a little inconvenient as it is on the first floor, but there is a small hamper to transport a load at a time.

Perfect Location

Just returned from a 10 day stay here, the location was perfect. All the amenities you could need, to include water toys, towels and chairs. Spotted dolphins most mornings from the patio overlooking the water. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
