We had an early flight into the area and John allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful as it was a very hot day and we had an suv full of luggage and 5 worn out travelers. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and exactly as described. There were beach towels available as well as chairs, umbrellas and a variety of other beach/pool toys. The coffee shop downstairs was great and an ice cream shop just a short distance away. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to book again during our next trip. The condo was in a perfect location with 2 restaurants attached to the building-Mad Beach Poke and Sweet Brewnette's. Mad Beach Poke was very good. We didn't get a chance to try Sweet Brewnette's. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The beach access was right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find coolers, beach umbrellas, chairs and even a beach cart in the condo. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We saw manatees 3 out of our 4 days there right off the dock! We also saw dolphins one day from our balcony! The condo building itself was nice and quiet and parking was never an issue. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. My daughter and I had a wonderful girls' trip and we would come back to this condo in a heartbeat!!
