  • Beautiful, charming Craftsman home with a cozy, “homey” feel—guests often say it’s clean, spacious, and bigger than expected, with very comfortable beds. You’re minutes from downtown St. Pete and close to great local spots (coffee, restaurants, shops, museums, and more). Enjoy your private front porch and relax in the lush rear courtyard with a saltwater wading lagoon and waterfall after a day out.

    Please note: the rear courtyard and lagoon are shared with the other rentals at the back of the property (no shared interior walls—this house is all yours). This is a quiet, respectful home—no parties or loud music.
