  • Las Brisas #402 - Get away from it all at this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath unit at Las Brisas Condos in Madeira Beach. Large living area with flat screen t.v., access to the balcony and ample seating for you and your family or friends. Updated kitchen with everything you need. There is ONE parking spot for this condo. There is no additional parking on this property. One car only can be parked at Las Brisas for #402.

    Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath as well as access to the balcony. Second bedroom has two queen beds and sleeps 4. The guest bedroom has two single beds. Unit sleeps 8 total.

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    Las Brisas is located on a quieter stretch of Madeira Beach yet close to restaurants, pubs, supermarket, library and City Center. Large heated beachside pool with ample lounges. Experience incredible Madeira Beach Sunsets all year long due to the direct west exposure.

    Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

    This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn of the century fishing village and Pinellas County's number one tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

    Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area.
