  • Cozy 3BR+2BA -sleeps 6 guests. Comes fully stocked with everything you'd need while away from home. Its modern look and never-ending list of amenities only work to supplement the true charm of this suburban paradise. Spacious, fenced-in backyard with beautifully painted mural by local artist, outside seating, grill (propane not included), fire pit, private sauna, and (optionally heated) saltwater pool. Pool is seasonally heated between October 1st- May 1st. The home is located 10 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels provided. Conveniently located within 4 minutes to Seminole City Center. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

We had such an amazing time at this home. Everyone was comfortable. The home is peaceful, filled with so many amenities. We loved having the fenced private yard with swimming pool. The hosts were gracious, quick to respond and accommodating. There were 2 adults, 3 teens a dog - plenty of space, yet still small enough to be together.

Peaceful Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the beaches, entertainment and the Pinellas walking/biking trail, which our dogs loved. The home was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The open floor plan was great and the back yard was perfect for spending time outside. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful stay in Seminole!

The property was lovely and just as described with everything you will need. Loved the decor and having a private pool was the best. Great location close to lots of sights and restaurants. The hosts were excellent to deal with and very quick at responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Topical decorated house, very close to shopping and close to beaches.Nice pool and fenced yard. So happy we could bring our dogs.Beach chairs and towels were a plus.Well stocked kitchen and lots of TVs.We only had 3 adults, the house would easliy accommodate 6.Well

Wonderful Stay!

Our family enjoyed our week at Jessica and Carlos' home! The house is exactly as pictured and is located near a really nice shopping complex with several restaurant options. The heated pool was a great feature and my kids swam hours every day! We loved that everything for our comfort was available including towels, pool toys and even some sand toys for our trips to the beach. You won't regret staying at this property!

Family getaway

We (parents, 2 daughters) enjoyed our stay. The house had space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The kids could retreat to their rooms when they wanted. The pool was great to have, especially because mid-March isn’t the warmest for the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful our hosts were very responsive to questions.

Best Stock VRBO EVER

This Seminole house was the best stocked VRBO house we have ever stayed. Everything and then some to make you feel at home. The pool was fantastic and the backyard was quiet and relaxing. We had to cut our stay short, but will definitely book again on our next stay to Seminole area.

This property was great for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. We wanted a relaxing and enjoyable stay without the crowd of people, and that is what we got. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many shops, eateries, etc. The owners were responsive, very accommodating, and helpful when we had questions. I would stay again.

Quiet stay

This was a great stay. Easy check in. Everything needed was there. We enjoyed all the indoor ammenities; comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and clean kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor ammenities; pool, which needed a bit of cleaning and the grill which was well maintained. It was a quiet neighborhood near many stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable here.

Perfect getaway

Chrosmast Stay

My mom came from Poland for Christmas . We drove from NJ to Fl to Seminole home. It was amazing stay. Very nice neighborhood, quiet, close to convenient shopping area, very close to the beaches. Home was very clean. Amazing outdoor heated pool. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend this place. I also took my dog with me so it’s pets friendly place. Thank You Jessica and Carlos. We loved Coconut Grove!

We loved our stay at Coconut Grove and did not want to leave. The home is just as pictured and described. Truly felt like home! The pool was refreshing on hot days! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect, close to everything! A short 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 25 minutes to Clearwater Beach. The available beach chairs were awesome. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The decor throughout the home is very welcoming. We will be booking again in the near future!

Our stay at this rental was truly exceptional. The owners were warm, incredibly responsive, and attentive to any questions or needs that came up. The home itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could have wanted or needed for our visit. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well throughout our entire stay. The décor throughout the house was tasteful and inviting.The outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. The pool area felt like a private oasis—completely enclosed, beautifully landscaped, and thoughtfully designed. It included a hammock, a spacious dining table, plenty of loungers and seating, and a shaded overhang that made it perfect at any time of day. The stunning ocean-themed mural on the back of the house added such a special touch; it truly felt like we were at our own boutique resort.The front of the property was just as lovely, with meticulous landscaping and a magnificent mature tree that we absolutely adored. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. The location was ideal—near grocery stores and shopping, only minutes from Redington and Indian Shores beaches, and about 15 minutes from St. John’s Pass, Madeira Beach, and Treasure Island.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend this property, had an amazing stay, and genuinely hope to return soon.

make sure you proactively ask for the pool to be heated if it's going to be chilly.

We had a fun time. The house was in a quiet neighbor hood within driving distance to lots of attractions. We were able to drive to Clearwater bch one day and the Sponge Docks the next. The house was clean but could have used some TLC and updating. The listing shows a heated pool but we were not able to use it. We arrived on 10/17. We couldn't figure out how to use the heater on the pool (there were limited instructions in the house referencing the different appliances/utilities.) We messaged the host on the 18th to find out how to heat the pool so we could relax by the pool on the 19th & 20th. They replied that it takes about 48 hours to heat the pool so it probably wouldn't be ready in time for us to enjoy as planned. We were disappointed and changed our plans to do something else on the 19th and then leave early on the 20th to enjoy a pool somewhere else. The really dissappoining thing is that while we were out doing our alternate plans, we received a message from the host saying that they asked their cleaning person to come and turn on the heater for us. When we got back to the house at 4pm, the heater was not on. We let the host know. At the END of the day on the 19th, the cleaning person knocked on the door and said they were here to turn on the heater. We said don't bother, we changed our plans because we weren't able to use the pool. She said that she was still going to turn it on because they wanted it heated for the next guests. Wow!

The accommodations were as noted online and we enjoyed them.The pool was great, the sauna was a nice extra, and a mural wrappped back of home was pretty cool.Combine these attributes with a location that placed restaurants, stores, and the beach within a short distance and your stay should be outstanding like ours was.
