With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, and a great outdoor space this will become your new go-to spot! We are dog friendly! Well behaved and potty-trained dogs over 1 year old are allowed with preapproval and pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Please ask for more details. COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We want you to have peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Please consider purchasing third party travel insurance as coronavirus restrictions and cases are changing to protect your trip. Our cancellation policy is firm. HOUSE RULES: \*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. \*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time. \*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent. \*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 9 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. It is so comfortable and has everything we need. And close to everything. We happened to be there for the Wednesday Farmers market where we had a good lunch. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.We walked the short block to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. They were so accommodating to allow us to drop our luggage early and let us use beach towels before we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the house spotless. ##### janice m. The house wasn’t in the best shape. The door to garage fell off the hinges and the door to master bedroom was just about to fall off hinges. There was no outside grill to cook on. Other than those issues which I’m sure will be fixed, it was a pretty good experience. ##### John S. The house is a different story, house very old. Every rooms bed(s) is horrible. All the mattress is so old and uncomfortable. The sofa bed doesn’t have any padding, you will be sleeping on springs. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had 3-4 people with us on our trip, and this was the perfect size home. However, you can sleep 6-7 comfortably in beds. This house was in a great location. The home was one block from the beach (5 min. Walk), and in walking distance of several great restaurants. We flew down, so we didn’t have a car and didn’t necessarily feel like ubering everywhere. So, having the home in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars was absolutely perfect for us. Lastly, we very much appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the fact that it was nicely stocked with coffee, filters, detergent pods, towels, blankets, a working ice maker, fridge filter drinking water, beach chairs, a cooler, and streaming services for watching movies and/tv. The host was extraordinary, available, and responsive. We were beyond pleased, and we would HIGHLY recommend this property! ##### Cory S. My family and I traveled to Maderia Beach for fall break and had a wonderful time! House is in a great location and only an couple minute walk to the beach. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves and the sunset is amazing there! Also, at dinner at Mad Beach Fish House and Costal Taco and highly recommend it.
