A perfectly priced and well placed room. It is a converted motel located to every thing that matters in Clearwater Beach. Very clean. I will definitely return.

This property is old. Very clean but paint pealing off the wall in certain spots. There is really no natural light as the window in the room went to the pool so no privacy if opened

The location is excellent! The room condition matches the price (low end). The enty door didn't work one night and we were locked out with no response from host. Vrbo set us up in a much nicer place across the street. Tip for next guy: jiggle that handle up and down vigorously if locked out

Great location. I spent a lot of time at Coco’s crush bar or at the beach. I walked everywhere and it was great. The room itself was kinda humid the whole time (I stayed in winter) and my clothes were slightly damp from being in there. The door does have a deadbolt so it’s safe, BUT it doesn’t sit flush with the top of the doorframe—you can see to the outside. The biggest bummer was the lack of communication with the host—I had questions about check in in the days leading up to my stay, and I did not get an actual response to my 3 messages—only what are clearly timed-automated messages (“your stay is one day away, we are excited to have you, here’s some general details”). I’m glad I didn’t have any issue that needed real communication because I’m not sure I’d have ever heard back. If you’re low maintenance and looking for somewhere fine for a few days, it’s a good spot.

Five good things: close location to the beach, multiple storage areas within the room, comfortable bed, loved having a freezer within the refrigerator and it’s a nostalgic motel.Five bad things: toilet rocked because the bolts were lose, needs someplace to sit within the room besides the bed, needs local live tv stations, needs a new shower curtain and needs night security (other guests partied at the pool until 1:30 am!).
