You'll love the stunning views, family-friendly atmosphere, nearby restaurants, beach and so much more. These units are great for couples, families with kids ,and/or big groups. Private room amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, and toaster. Small dining area near the kitchen with seating for five, living room area includes a flat screen smart tv, access to the private balcony, and a queen size pullout sofa bed. Room has a coffee maker and a keurig machine with complimentary coffee/tea supplies, hair dryer, crib availability, separate hanging closets, dishware, silverware, pots and pans, in room a/c and heating controls, and blackout shades. Bedrooms come equipped with two queen beds in each room, flat screen smart tv in both rooms, and fresh linens. The first bedroom is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and private exit/entrance door. Key to sun decks on the 6th and 7th floor. Equipped with two bathrooms, one has a walk-in shower and the other has a shower/tub combo. Both are equipped with bath, face, body, and pool towels. A large balcony overlooks the Intercoastal waterway and a 50 slip marina. Your unit is also only 300 steps to the beach!... The property also boasts a great Key West style restaurant, miniature golf and a game room for the kids. Fishing charters bike rentals and boat rentals are also available. Additional Waterpark tickets are available at 50% off ($13.50) per guest, regular $26.95\. The Waterpark has a large free form pool plus a 600 ft Lazy River with 2 giant slides. Each slide is 5 stories high one of which is a twisting and turning body slide and the other a big bowl tube slide of over 300 ft.a large children's splash pad with 3 slides a dumping bucket and a kids Mining experience where the kids mine for fossils, shark teeth and gems complement the park.. Our group of seven ranged in age from 16 months to 63, including two 16 year olds, and everyone had a great time. As advertised, the property is brand new. Our balcony overlooked the water park and we were pleasantly surprised at how little park noise could be heard inside the unit. Loved the location...beach is truly an easy, short walk across the street; onsite restaurant; mini golf; other restaurants are within walking distance; groceries, shopping, fast foods, etc. all available within minutes by car. We also used CityPass to visit attractions in Tampa and Clearwater. Don't expect the water park to be on the same level as a large park like Aquatica. This is small scale... but as such, is a lot of fun with two water slides, a great little-kids area, relaxing lazy river, and large pool. The on-site snack bar has good, reasonably priced food and there is also a poolside bar overlooking the harbor. If there is a downside to this condo it is that there is no access to the swimming pool until after the water park closes at 6:00 unless you have passes to the park. Water park passes can be purchased by condo guests at a discounted price. Although the adjoining Holiday Inn has pools, condo guests do not have access to them. Location is super convenient to so many amenities - brewery, amazing coffee shop, ice cream and of course the beach. First night was difficult with figuring out parking because there were no spots available under the building, a number of people checked out the next day and we saw cars also being towed. Building exterior is dated and elevator 4, closest to our unit, was incredibly slow. We ended up giving up on it and taking another elevator during our 5 day stay (this normally wouldn’t have been a hassle except with a young child, it was one extra thing to navigate) Interior of unit was clean and spacious. Couch and chair in family room were uncomfortable to sit on so we barely used them. Kitchen was sparse of amenities, knives were incredibly dull making meal prep challenging. We had to buy all accessories (foil, ziplocs, oil, salt and pepper etc) to be able to cook/store food. Beds were comfortable and well stocked with pillows, blankets and extras. On Saturday and Monday nights, we had late night drunk groups screeching in hall outside of our room with no security to tell them to settle down. The free access to water park and short walk to the beach is unbeatable. The place is very clean. Hosts do not leave you a list of a million things to do before you go unlike some, which was really nice. This spot it right by the elevator, making for easy access. Also, the photos do not do the place justice. The photos are a bit dark, and the inside is much nicer than I anticipated. Would absolute book again! ##### Chelsea G. The location is great because you have the semi-quiet beach area but you are just a short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches if you want more activity. We stayed in 4418AB. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we expected it to have! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for showers and towels for the beach and water park. We were a bit leary after reading other reviews.. I have NO negative comments on the Condo. My only recommendation for the Condo owner would be to have a map of the entire property, just because there is a lot of stuff in that area so it gets a little confusing if you've never been there! My only negative comments would be: Parking, if you are not "in" the parking area early you don't get a spot. The elevator closest to the condo is also very slow, which we had read so we were prepared and used the other elevators if we were in a hurry. It can also get very loud with the water park on-site, which has nothing to do with the Condo itself. I would give the Condo a 10/10. ##### D R. Condo was just as listed. Good communication with owner. Not sure but A/C was different in extra room finally flipped a switch in the room and it worked better?? Passes to Splash Harbor were great! You don't have to wait in the long line out front come in the side door for check-in. Cabana's can be rented in advance from Splash Harbor if you wish. We rented a month in adavance . Was very busy Memorial day weekend. Balcony very nice for watching the boats go by and occasional dolphin. Great location and communication from the owner. Very clear and timely directions. Perfect for our stay with our daughter and her friends for a birthday celebration. Waterpark and view of the intercoastal were a plus. Jimmy Guana’s Restaurant was just so so but was convenient. This condo is within an easy walk to the beach, shops and other good restaurants.
