The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Hosts were very helpful and got back to us quickly. The pool and hot tub were very nice and close to the condo. A few good restaurants and a nice coffee shop nearby.

Layout was great, everything was clean, and the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. Location is ideal, perfectly situated between the beach and downtown. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!!

This is a great neighborhood. My wife and I were able to get out and walk every morning. The scenery is awesome, and the folks we encountered were very friendly. The host was very accommodating, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. We would for sure stay here again.

Great family vacation

The place was perfect for our family of four. The two twin beds were great and have two bathrooms! The pool was nice and just a short walk through the path. The kitchen has everything you need and unlike other vrbos they didn’t leave just one trash bag or toilet etc. it was stocked with easily everything you could need. Great location, close to many cities and lots of fun things to do with the family!

Such a great condo! It was very clean, well equipped with everything you might need, thoughtful touches to make it very comfortable as well. Close proximity to the pool! This property was very clean and fully stocked with all the travel amenities that you would need. Every detail was thought of. Nice Home and Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed a three week getaway to this very clean and comfortable home in the Tierra Verde area. The floorplan is very functional and makes the home feel larger and spacious. Those who enjoy watching golfers will appreciate the great rear deck view of three separate holes on the golf course. Furnishings are not fancy but are functional and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Lovely home base for tropical refreshment

Our family of four enjoyed being away together relaxing here with access to nearby Pass a Grille beach and visiting sites in St Pete and Tampa. This adorable beach-themed condo had everything we needed to be comfortable, including beach items like a cooler, umbrella, towels, and chairs. A nice balcony overlooks the golf course. Oversized tub in bedroom suite is a nice touch. Washer dryer was great to have too! We’ll be back!

For over 20 years, we've been visiting the St. Pete area, and this condo was absolutely perfect for us! From the hassle-free parking to the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on, everything exceeded our expectations. We were delighted to find snacks and cold water waiting for us when we arrived late at night (after 10 p.m.)—a thoughtful touch we've never experienced at any other VRBO property.The furniture was clean and cozy, the towels and sheets were soft, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The view of the golf course was stunning, and the simple yet comfortable balcony chairs made it easy to relax and take it all in. The nearby grocery store was incredibly convenient, and the area is filled with amazing restaurants to explore.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be returning to this condo in the future!

Home base for moving daughter to college

This was the perfect home base after driving 1500 miles to move our daughter to college in St Petersburg. We arrived a few days before dorm move in & found a clean, well-appointed condo. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some meals at home. Loved having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. Beach towels & chairs were available & Mark had tools waiting for us to put some dorm furniture together on site before move in. Mark was very responsive to our needs & responded very promptly to my messages. We enjoyed the pool & local walks around the area. The condo is in a great location conveniently located near wonderful beaches, restaurants, & shopping. Everything was within a 15 min drive. We will be back over the next four years when we come to visit our daughter at college!
