The unit offers an open floor plan with 1100 sq ft, making it feel spacious and inviting. This beautiful beachfront condo sleeps 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Enjoy the tranquility and peace and being located right on the Gulf with the most stunning panoramic view of the water.

As soon as you walk into this gorgeous unit, you will find the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and beautiful white cabinetry and easy access to the dining area. The dining area seats 4 guests.

The living room has been beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas – one being a sleeper sofa, a large TV and wonderful Gulf views.

There is ample seating in the dining and living areas for your family and friends to enjoy.

The extended private balcony may be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom, offering the most amazing views. Sunset views are guaranteed from here 365 days of the year!

The Primary bedroom offers a King bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Second bedroom offers 2 Twin beds. The living room has a Sleeper sofa.

Additional amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents.

The shared pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear Gulf waters, with ample poolside seating, umbrellas and a bbq area – all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

This condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.

You can't beat this location! Centrally located in the Seaside town of Madeira Beach directly facing the Gulf. After a day spent unwinding on the beach, stroll across the street to John’s Pass to browse the shops and dine at some great restaurants that Madeira Beach has to offer.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

Great location

This property was located in an area where we could fully enjoy St John’s Pass. We don’t have to drive anywhere, which we appreciated. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of dishes, beach towels, cooler, etc. The bed was good but warm. The floors seemed really dirty for some reason so we felt our feet were never clean. The pool is deceiving with a max capacity of 8! So there were never enough chairs for everyone wanting to sit by the pool. My teens went next door with their friends with a much larger pool..otherwise second floor was very nice!

Condo needs overall update starting with elimination of dirty rugs. HOA makes rules that only apply to renters (parking and pool rules). We woke up to a spectacular view of the ocean while sipping our coffee. The apartment had everything we needed, including a nice new washer/dryer. There were plenty of beach items to take and use for the beach and we bought a few items to donate to the beach trunk as well for others to use after us. You literally cross the street to enjoy the John’s Pass shops, restaurants and boardwalk. We also took a boat ride on the Shark Boat and saw lots of dolphins on our ride. We could not have had a better time and the beach access was the absolute highlight. We almost had the entire beach to ourselves, very private. The last day we were at the beach a manatee was just floating by us 20 ft. away! If I were to give any suggestion it would be to add box springs to the beds for a little more comfort but we would LOVE to return, thank you for having us!

Perfect location!

Wonderful location within walking distance to so much! One elevator wasn’t working the day of check in but the other one was still up and running and two flights of stairs made it easy to go up and down too. The host texted multiple times to see if there were any issues or we needed anything. The condo itself was nice, clean and was a wonderful place to sleep at the end of the day.

We utilized our furnished balcony as if we were sitting right on the beach! The view was great from inside the condo as well. Even better, it was just a short walk out to the sand and waves.
