Die offene Küche ist ausgestattet mit modernen Elektrogeräten. Hier findest du ein vier Platten Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Dunstabzugshaube, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, sowie Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher.   
  
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine bodengleiche Dusche.   
  
Auf der großen Terrasse kannst du gemütlich Frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Hier findest du einen Tisch mit drei Stühlen. Die Terrasse ist offen zum Gemeinschaftsgarten.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang.   
  
Ihr habt die komplette Wohnung für euch alleine.
