    Exclusive semi-detached holiday home "Oasis 3," traditionally built under a thatched roof, with 3 rooms and approximately 76 m² on 2 levels (ground floor, upper floor) for up to 4 people. Located in an idyllic, quiet area in the Ording district of St. Peter-Ording. The beautiful wood-burning stove in the living room provides a particularly cozy atmosphere. The semi-detached house includes a sunny southwest-facing terrace and a share of the garden. Dogs are permitted upon prior arrangement.

    Living room with a large corner sofa (for 3-5 people), 2 armchairs, large SMART TV (cable), Blu-ray player, stereo system, wood-burning stove, and direct access to the sunny, furnished southwest-facing garden terrace with a beach chair (available from Easter to October).

    Kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining table for 4 people, and direct access to the northeast-facing breakfast terrace with panoramic views of the pastures and meadows.

    Bedroom 1: Double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, 2 chairs, SMART TV, and walk-in closet with hotel safe.

    Bedroom 2: Double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, chair, and TV.

    All bedroom windows have blackout blinds and mosquito nets.

    Bathroom 1 (shower room): Walk-in shower, toilet, and natural light.

    Bathroom 2 (full bathroom): Bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, vanity mirror, hairdryer, and natural light.

    Hallway with coat rack and mirror. A storage room with a vacuum cleaner is located under the stairs to the upper floor. The utility room with washing machine and dryer is located next to the dining area. A free high chair and travel cot frame (66x124cm) are available.

    Parking is available in the carport to the left of the house, along with lockable storage for e-bikes. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is provided.

    Bed linen is provided. Towels can be added for an extra charge. Smoking is not permitted.

    NOTE: Barbecuing is prohibited due to the thatched roof.
