WOHNUNG STRANDMATTE IM SURF HAUS.  
  
Wohnung für 4 Gäste im Erdgeschoss. Ein Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten, am Böhler Leuchtturm. Hund willkommen.  
  
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Nespressomaschine, Geschirrspüler und jede Menge Kochzubehör.   
  
Schaukel, Sandkasten und gemeinsamer Garten.   
  
Gelegen im ruhigen St. Peter-Ording Böhl. Strand, Entspannung, Weite, Meer. Perfekte Wohnung für Naturliebhaber, Hundefreunde und Meeresanbeter.  
  
The Space:  
  
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Surf Hauses mit insgesamt 2 Wohnungen. 2 Zimmer mit insgesamt 4 Betten erwarten euch.  
  
Im Wohnzimmer findest du eine Couch mit Decken und Kissen, einen Lesesessel mit Stehlampe und einem TV.  
  
Hinter einem abgetrennten Bereich findet ihr ein Doppelbett, Nachttische und Leselampen und einen Kleiderschrank.   
  
Neben dem Wohnzimmer liegt die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Nespressomaschine, Kaffeemaschine , Geschirrspüler, jeder Menge Kochzubehör und einem Essplatz für 4 Gäste.   
  
Hinter der Küche liegt das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Nachtischen, Leselampen und einem weiteren Kleiderschrank.   
  
Wenn ihr mit Kindern reist, ist dies ein toller Ort an dem die Kleinen ungestört spielen können.   
  
Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist ideal für Familien. Wenn ihr die Wohnung mit zwei Paaren bucht, beachtet bitte, dass ein Schlafzimmer hinter einer Holzwand im Wohnzimmer liegt.  
  
Im Garten befindet sich eine Schaukel, ein Sandkasten und ein Schaukelpferd.   
  
Strandkörbe (in der Strandkorbsaison) stehen für alle Gäste im Garten zum Verweilen bereit.  
  
Die Unterkunft liegt in SPO Böhl. Von hier erreicht man den Leuchtturm und den Deich in ca 10 Fußminuten. Dahinter liegen die Salzwiesen und dahinter der ewige Strand von Böhl.   
  
Der Strandabschnitt Böhl ist ein bewachter Badestrand. Hier trifft man Reiter, Kiter, Hundefreunde und Naturliebhaber.   
  
Hier ist man der Natur ganz nah. Bei Ebbe zieht sich das Meer zum Teil komplett zurück, sodass nur noch das Wattenmeer zu sehen ist.  
  
Perfekte Lage für lange Spaziergänge und Wattwanderungen.  
  
Wer Ruhe abseits des touristischen Trubels am Meer sucht ist in Böhl und in der Wohnung Strandmatte genau richtig.

Ein eigener Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.   
  
Fahrräder können im uneinsehbaren Fahrradunterstand trocken abgestellt werden.

3 Minuten mit dem Auto direkt auf den Böhler Strand.   
  
Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Bäcker, Rossmann sind in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
