This terrace has the most sunshine and is perfect for sunbathers. If you can not stand it here, you will find yourself on the other side of the house, because there is a second small terrace that is shaded from noon onwards. The apartment is located within a residential unit with three apartments in the district Böhl, surrounded by greenery. On the ground floor is the living and dining room with a cozy living area and a dining table that offers up to 8 seats. Also located on the ground floor is a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. In the hallway under the stairs is a washing machine at your disposal.
