It is located within a residential unit with 3 apartments in the district Böhl, surrounded by greenery and a beautifully landscaped grounds. The ground floor is the living and dining area with an integrated and very comfortable kitchen. The living area has a comfortable seating area and a dining table with 4 seats. Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with double bed and the modern shower room. In the open OG you relax in the cozy bedroom with double bed and additional TV, fitted wardrobes provide for the storage of your wardrobe.
