Das Gaus hat eine gute Ausstattung, jedoch sind die Jalousien, die Vorhänge und die Küche (Mülleimer) sehr in die Jahre gekommen oder schlecht gepflegt worden. Teilweise wurde versucht mit Tesa Dinge anzukleben (Mülleimer), obwohl das niemals halten kann. Die Fenster müssten eventuell mal geputzt werden.
