Outlook. Sea views. Comfortable 3-room apartment in the house Atlantic with about 47 square meters on 1 level (9\. OG, with elevator) for up to 4 people. Good location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording. From all rooms of this beautiful holiday home you have a wonderful view over the beach and the sea. Living room with 2 sofas (2s), large TV (satellite), radio, dining table for 4 people and beautiful sea views. Direct access to the covered, furnished southwest-facing balcony with a wide view. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Philips Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen is separated by a counter from the living room. 1\. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and sea view. Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and sea view. Modern bathroom (shower room) with shower with low entry (about 15cm), toilet and hair dryer. Hall with wardrobe, mirror, shoe rack and wardrobes in the entrance area. Parking space available. Bicycle storage on availability at the house. No WLAN. Shared washing machines and dryers (for a fee, in the 4\. OG., 8\. OG. and 12\. Floor of the house). The apartment has an electric direct heating, which can be used all year round, and is accessible through the basement entrance (on the right side of the main entrance) at ground level without steps and automatic doors. As a final apartment with access via a small extra hall, it is very quiet in the house. The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
