- This exclusive thatched-roof house, with 94 square meters of living space and unobstructed views of the marshland, is within walking distance of the beach access and the golf course. It features three bedrooms, a shower room, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system, a wood-burning stove, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. A private sauna with shower and toilet is also included. The house was freshly renovated in 2023.
The tastefully selected furnishings, chosen with meticulous attention to detail, offer an ambiance reminiscent of the Hamptons on Long Island.
