Historisches Reetdachanwesen in SPO. 3 Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Strandhausstil mit eigenem Eingang und geschützter Terrasse. 2 180er Betten, großes Duschbad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Toller parkähnlicher Garten mit Sitzbereichen und Grillplatz. Hunde willkommen.  
  
  
  
The Space:  
  
Die gemütliche 3-Zimmer Wohnung im Strandhausstil mit eigenem Eingang und Terrasse befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ca. 85 qm, davon 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer.  
  
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich mit einer offenen Küche und einem gemütlichen Essbereich für 4 Personen mit einem ausziehbaren Esstisch, einem separaten Wohnzimmer, zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, einem großen Duschbad mit WC und einem praktischen Abstellraum.  
  
Eine eigene, schöne, geschützte Terrasse mit Terrassenmöbeln, 2 Liegen, einer elektrischen Markise, einem Sonnenschirm und einem kleinen Vorgarten gehören zur Wohnung dazu und ein wunderschöner großer, parkähnlicher Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Spielplatz, Bänken und einem Grillplatz für die Sommerzeit stehen allen Gästen zur Verfügung.  
  
Schlafzimmer 1 mit einem 1,8 x 2 m Doppelbett mit 2 einzelnen Matratzen und geschlossenem Fußende.  
  
Schlafzimmer 2 mit einem 1,8 x 2 m Boxspringbett mit offenem Fußende und mit TV.  
  
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, Nespressomaschine, Mikrowelle, 4er Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Hier findet ihr auch einen ausziehbaren Esstisch, der Platz für bis zu 4 Gäste bietet.  
  
  
  
Zur Anlage gehört ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, der von allen Gästen genutzt werden darf.  
  
  
  
Das Hus op de Dün liegt in SPO Wittdün. Direkt am Anfang von SPO. Es ist ein beeindruckendes historisches Reetdachanwesen aus dem Jahre 1832 mit einem 7000 qm Parkgarten mit vielen Rückzugsorten. Hier kann man sich herrlich entspannen. Ein Spielbereich für Kinder und ein Grillplatz mit Holzkohlegrill lädt alle Gäste ein.

Ihr habt die Wohnung für euch alleine. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, eine eigene Terrasse. Der Parkgarten, der Grillplatz, der Spielplatz und der Waschraum kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden.

Ein Hund ist herzlich willkommen. Möchtet ihr mit zwei Hunden anreisen, bitte eine Nachricht vor Buchung mit Angaben zur Hunderasse. Hunde müssen auf dem Gelände angeleint werden. Es gibt einen See im Garten.  
  
Es fällt eine Kurtaxe von 3-4€ je nach Saison pro Gast an. Diese muss vor Anreise an uns überwiesen werden. Die Gästekarten werden digital als QR Code vor Anreise ausgestellt.
